Very informative, telling us about the current celebrations (liberation festival) as well as historical facts about the city. While I’d googled a little about the city before my trip, I was surprised with the history behind the city. I would recommend to anyone going to Lucca to join a tour and explore the city of 101 churches!

We arrived at the meeting area on time & couldn't find the the guide. The meeting point instructions are very poor. We looked all around the area. You have No Clear Visible Sign for recognition! We missed the tour because of this. What a waste of our time & money.Where was the guide? I think I deserve a refund. We were there, your guide wasn't
