Respetan mucho la hora acordada. El servicio es súper bueno y los choferes te van dando recomendaciones sobre qué hacer en Los Cabos. La relación precio-calidad es buenísima. Sin duda recomendaría para traslados al y desde el arropuerto.

However, this organizer does not communicate by email or GYG app. Call their office before your arrival day, with your flight information, to confirm both hotel and airport return shuttle pickup times.

The driver took the longer route by almost 15 minutes only to get stuck in traffic and have to go back another way.

Very badly! Today we had already paid for a transfer to the airport and they never came for us! Despite the fact that yesterday I had to call to confirm the transfer and they told me that they would arrive for us at 5:15 am. They gave 6:00 am and nothing!!!! They never communicated with us to confirm the transfer, I sent emails until yesterday when I was able to communicate to confirm the transfer! It's a barbarity !!!!! That they have planted us and that we had a flight to arrive at! I do not recommend them!!!!! I demand my money back!!!!

The service itself was fine.. we were greeted and met at the appropriate meeting point. While I understand we opted for the shared shuttle service, we waited nearly 2 hours at the airport for other passengers and a driver only to be transported with just my group.

Return was great! However, we had a very difficult time finding you when we arrived at the airport and it took almost three hours before we got to our resort. Can't understand what happened.
