Itinerary was great. Exactly what I wanted. Minibus wasn't full, so group size was right. Driver was very entertaining, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only suggestion I have us that the driver NOT point to things, as his gestures can't be seen from the back. 99% of the time he would use verbal directions, which was perfect. Only a small number of times did he point to things. Thanks for a great day Roberto!

Hats off and many thanks to the agent, guide and bus driver who took the stray Canadian couple from the Encore cruise ship today April 22/24 at last minute who didn’t have a reservation. We had the best tour of L.A. Our guide and bus driver were the best. The guide had knowledge and history of all the sites. His sense of humour and knowledge of the stars kept us all interested throughout the tour. We would highly recommend this tour. Thanks again.

Alberto (our guide) was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained! Would highly recommend and would def do it again!

Alberto was the highlight of the tour. He was personable and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the sites . The pace was good.

Gabriel was great on the tour. Provided lots of information. The stops were good. More time at Observatory or Hollywood would be good, but understand the time allowed is needed, so everything else could be seen too.

We chose this tour for the itinerary and for the most part it was okay; especially the view from Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign, and Stars near Chinese Theater. However, too much time on the freeway and the stop at the end of the day at Venice Beach was a bust when we could have stopped at Santa Monica. (On the advertised itinerary I assumed Santa Monica would be a stop. ) Pot shops aren’t of interest to me. Liked the lunch stop at Mel’s Diner. The bus was packed like sardines. Broken seat belt had sharp edges protruding from the seat and because we were so crowded in we had to sit on the sharp edges. When we brought it to our driver’s attention, he only said “ oh yeah we know about that.“ Also we were sitting toward the back and the driver would mention something was “over there. We had no idea what direction we were supposed to look. He also didn’t take his audience into account. Nobody on our bus cared about celebrity gossip but that’s about all he talked about.

Nice tour to become acquainted with the area. Gabe was very knowledgeable and kept the conversation flowing.

Sean is a great tour guide. The 4 of us had a lot of fun. Hollywood was nice. Thank you for an enjoyable day.

The guide was good, but he talked too much. There should a a stop in Santa Monica and less time in Venice Beach.

Good driver/guide, good stops. Nice to see the attractions without the stress of driving. The driver, Gabriel, offered information and was fun. Loved the Griffith Observatory stop but it wasn't quite long enough. The stop for Venus Beach should be substituted for something else because it seems seedy.

Dave the tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining,the van was comfortable but the weather was terrible rain and heavy fog make a big disappointment of the entire experience cuz we couldn’t have a clear pic of the Hollywood sign .i know nobody could control the weather but at least the tour administration should handle better, warning the costumers and just for courtesy keep some umbrellas in the vehicle!!

Truly useless drivel. Drive around in circles collecting people who weren't ready for the tour. Zero interesting facts unless you're interested in football . Learned Kim Kardashian had passed the bar.... Respect. Except she hasn't. She hasn't passed it.

Unfortunately this was noting but stress & disappointment. Before booking I checked the timing of the trip as needed to be back to my hotel . I was told before booking I would return at 16:30 as the trip was 8 hours long . So perfect I went ahead and booked . After the driver picked up that last people I heard him say he was dropping them to airport at around 5ish and it made me think hold on but the airport is very close to the last stop which would mean how late are we getting back? So when we stopped at the first place i said we are still getting back at 16:30 as booked . He looked coursed and said no you won’t be back till around half 6. I was so angry , I explained that couldn’t happen and I was told from the get go I would be back at 16:30 which I also needed to be back . The whole time after that I was on the phone to the tour Company who were rude and useless ! It ruined the whole day and we had no choice and had to leave the Leave the tour and get a taxi back . Half of it he said I’ve already missed out I said well I haven’t even experienced what I paid for! Please don’t waste your money with it and book another company . Don’t experience what we had to. We are now trying to get the taxi money back at least what we had to pay extra.

Clear your schedule! It was a long day but I can't think of anything that I didn't see! Well worth it and checked many boxes for what I wanted to see while visiting in the LA area!

The visit to Griffith Park, the Hollywood walk of fame! I would have preferred if Gabriel had parked to Let us walk down Rodeo drive!

Gabriel was an awesome tour guide! Knowledgeable, great driver, would recommend to anyone coming to LA for the first time!

Gabrielle was a wonderful tour guide. It was educational and fun at the same time. He started talking to my husband and I as we were the first pick up of California. He had jokes and got us involved of asking us questions. This was an amazing trip and worth the money

First time in L .A and tge best way to visit is by taking a tour. This tour was just right perfect places to see. Tour guide was well informed. Really enjoyed the day.
