My 3 friends and I booked the half day LA tour. Vincent was to be our tour guide/driver, however he could not do it that particular day and found a replacement driver, Bernard. Bernard was super. He took us all over the city. We were looking forward to getting to the Hollywood sign, but because it was the day of the eclipse, the road was blocked off. Bernard then took us somewhere else where we could see the sign and he took photos of us with the sign in the background. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again.

We’ve been to LA several times but I can honestly say Vincent was one of the best tour guides we’ve had. He arrived on time (early in fact) for a pick up from our hotel. He was really friendly and very knowledgeable and a safe driver. We saw some great sites and he was really flexible. Taking us to see some things my daughter really wanted to see. I can highly recommend Vincent and we would definitely use him again.

It’s taken me way too long to write this but I wanted to wait until I had time to properly celebrate the magic that was a tour with Vincent. I was a bit busy with work so didn’t have a ton of time to plan in advance. After reading reviews for various companies I decided on Victor and was thrilled he was available on such short notice. His team was very responsive and booking was a breeze. After spending almost 2 decades leading high-touch service experiences I’ve developed high expectations…lol…though I try to extend grace when hiccups happen. So the speed and quality of response matters a great deal. We had the opportunity to customize our tour and because it was an MLK mother/daughter trip we wanted to experience some Black history. Victor quickly accommodated our request. He picked us up early and gave us the most thoughtfully designed tour. Victor took the time to research some of the places I’d requested and was able to provide us with lots of history and background on the places we were visiting. He went out of his way to find hassle free ways for us to experience the city and was able to make it interesting for the 2 young children with us. I highly, highly recommend Vincent! Vincent provided a bespoke half day tour taking us to Griffith Observatory, Beverley Hills, Venice Beach and Santa Monica in the comfort of his SUV. Great communication before the tour. He was very knowledgeable throughout the tour linking sights to famous movies filmed in Hollywood. He has a hospitable and personal manner with attention to detail. 5 star service.

I did the Bosch tour and the Griffith Observatory/downtown tour over two days. Vincent really knows his stuff and is great company I saw and learned so much about LA A most enjoyable and entertaining two days I look forward to next time

I booked this tour last minute for my clients who were getting off of a cruise ship and had a later flight out of LAX. Vincent was amazing. Although he couldn't personally do the tour he arranged for one of his counterparts to handle it. All of my communication was polite, professional and timely with him. Literally within an hour of my inquiry my clients were all set for a tour the following day. He understood exactly what my clients were looking for. This was the perfect tour for our short visit to LA! Vincent was very flexible with the sights we would visit. He was personable and knowledgeable about the history of the city. He was also great for the short attention span of a teen! The hotel pickup & drop off was just what we needed since the weather was chilly & very windy.

My Family and I took a tour with Vincent just before Christmas and had a wonderful time. Vincent was a very accommodating and friendly guide that took us to where ever we wanted to go, As well as a few surprises along the way. He even got my youngest son (Sam) to eat an In & out burger :)... he still says its the best burger hes ever had lol. thankyou Vincent, we had a great time with you in LA.

We spent a lovely morning with Vincent, unfortunately it was absolutely pouring with rain on the morning of our tour but we managed to see all the sights from the car without getting wet! Vincent even managed to accommodate a trip to Harley Davidson for my husband. We stopped at a great Diner for breakfast in the Farmers Market. Vincent is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He picked us up promptly from our hotel with all our luggage and dropped us off at LAX at the end of the tour. I would highly recommend this tour, as LA is very spread out and it’s a good way of seeing all the sights.
