We had such a fantastic experience and we highly recommended booking a tour with Vincent! We didn’t have much time in LA and it was the best way to see all of the main sights and learn more about the area. I looked at a number of tour options before contacting Vincent, but with his previous positive reviews and the flexibility a private tour offered, it was an easy decision and one of the best we made for our trip. From the outset, Vincent was quick to respond to confirm availability and answer our queries. He was also incredibly helpful in identifying a way for us to hire a baby seat to use on the day and throughout our stay in LA, which we really felt went above and beyond. The tour itself was great and Vincent was very knowledgeable, pointing out different things and sharing really interesting facts about LA along the way. We also went to a fantastic lunch spot, which we definitely would not have found on our own. He was also very accommodating and patient with my baby daughter, who isn’t the best car passenger! Tour was great. Vincent was excellent. He had suggestions that were good, but also listened to us. We made a couple of Bosch stops at our request. Lunch stop at the market was very good. If in LA again I would definitely use Vincent.

Our trip was wonderful. Vincent is very knowledgeable about LA. He took us to all the best spots in LA. , Hollywood sign and the observatory. He knows how to get around the traffic and it was a lot of fun.

This tour was amazing! Vincent was an awesome tour guide for the area. He planned our day to get to the best and most attractions but really let us set our pace in where we wanted to spend our time. We felt really comfortable on the tour and it was nice learning random stuff about the area. Just happened to mention that we were Modern Family fans and he managed to swing past the Dumphy house for a quick selfie - both super fan and spare of the moment. My sister and I (both in our70’s) booked an all day tour of LA with Vincent. We wanted to see as many of the iconic sites as possible! My sister is a movie buff and, so working with Vincent, we came up with an itinerary that would include all things Hollywood. Vincent was a great guide - so personable, polite, knowledgeable and indefatigable! We covered a lot of territory and learned many unique facts along the way. Having someone who knows the city well made a huge difference in our tour of LA - we couldn’t have done it without Vincent!

Our group of three fans of the Michael Connelly book series set in L.A. and featuring Detective Harry Bosch and attorney Mickey Haller. We had an ambitious "must see" list and Comtecierge/Vincent was happy to accommodate us. I'm so glad we booked it! So many times, we were thankful Vincent was doing the driving. He got us the best views and drop off spots at all our stops! He organized the route so we had plenty of time at each stop. It was a relief to have him in charge of the driving! There were a couple of times that he saved the day. Plus he pointed out so many other interesting points along the way. He was a pleasure to be with! Great conversationalist, interesting and always considerate of our needs and schedule. He also provided some helpful suggestions and tips for our days when we weren't with him. When I return to LA, I will definitely book a tour with him again to see some other sights.

During two very full days early in September 2023, two friends joined me as we enjoyed an efficiently navigated visit to 29 sites associated with many of the Harry Bosch novels written by Michael Connelly. Tour Guide Vincent Jarno made it possible. He got us through each day's itinerary flawlessly, adjusting to our timing needs at each stop At each location, we read a relevant passage from one of Connelly's books, and Vincent provided historical or geographic information. As a bonus, he also pointed out Hollywood movie lore and miscellaneous LA history as we drove from Bosch site to Bosch site. This was NOT Vincent's usual one day or half day "Bosch Confidential" tour, but a more intensive and extended tour which we negotiated through emails and telephone calls in advance. None of us were familiar with driving in LA, so his help was critical as he knew where traffic conditions or other considerations might influence the number or sequence of sites to visit. He was responsive during the planning, and we developed a great itinerary together. Are you a Bosch fan and wondering whether you should Do-it-Yourself or use a great Tour Guide like Vincent? A Tour Guide speeds things along seamlessly. Sometimes we read a book passage in the car, then hopped out to look around, while Vincent stayed with the car idling nearby (you can't do that with a rental car!). Los Angeles is a big place! Getting around is not easy. Parking can also be a challenge near many of the Bosch sites; for that reason using a rental car would be ludicrous. Much time would be wasted. Doing the tour with Vincent was much more practical than attempting it on our own. If you want to hit the highlights of Bosch during one day, I know Vincent will give you a great day. But if you want something more like we did, Vincent can also customize your Bosch Tour (or any LA experience) if you provide enough input and plan with him. (Isn't that one of the wonderful reasons for hiring your own Guide?) During our tour, we went from the usual downtown LA sites like the Bradbury Building which appears in about 5 different books, to the "loft" building next to the American Hotel used by Vibiana Veracruz, to Mariachi Plaza to scope out the fictional shooting in The Burning Room, had lunch at the Police Academy Grill, and went to the FBI building and National Cemetery in Westwood. Of course we checked out Harry's "house" site on Woodrow Wilson, the crime scenes on overlooks in the hills, the LAPD Hollywood Division stationhouse, the Mark Twain Hotel, the home of Julia Brasher in the Venice canals, the shootout scene at the Santa Monica pier, and many other locations. We also ate pancakes at DuPars, had dinner at Musso and Frank's (and went to Philippe's the night before we met up with Vincent). Vincent Jarno is easy to work with, responsive, safe, and knowledgeable. Our two days went flawlessly due to his expertise regarding Los Angeles. Whatever amount of time you have for a tour related to the BOSCH streaming series or the books, we highly recommend doing it with Vincent; it will be fun and worth every cent!

Vincent is a Great tour guide: Pleasant, knowledgeable, a gentleman who opened doors for two women. Refreshing to see. Enjoyed visiting Griffith Observatory to take in the LA vista and then seeing the Hollywood scene. The beach areas were nice to visit . All in all a most pleasant experience with a personable guide. I was looking for a way to explore as much of LA as possible on our last day in CA before our red eye flight home without the stress of attempting to navigate and/or drive ourselves in the famous city traffic. I came across this company via a Google search and TripAdvisor cross-check. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions, and while he was unavailable on our needed date, he said that his coworker Clement was available to take us on the same tour. Clement was equally responsive in communicating on our pickup information and was very willing to adjust the itinerary to what we wanted to get out of the day. He was so knowledgeable of the city, though, that we just let him handle the sights while we relaxed. We covered SO much! Marina deal Rey, Venice Beach, Muscle beach, the Century area, Beverly Hills (90210 School, Rodeo drive, Beverly Hills sign, Beverly Hills Hotel), various famous homes, the Greystone Mansion (probably our favorite stop), film locations, Sunset Blvd., all of the different ethnic neighborhoods, the Farmers Market for lunch (lots of options, the fresh pasta was excellent), Griffith Observatory/the Hollywood Sign, Olvera St (with the oldest house in the city), Hollywood Blvd (Walk of Fame, Chinese Theater), and lots more! After an excellent day of sightseeing, he dropped us at the airport on time for our flight. No small feat in LA rush hour traffic! I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again in the future. All around wonderful day!

Vincent was our guide for our LA in a Day Tour. He took us to all the top sites as well as let us stop at a few places not on the regular tour. My son is a gamer and he showed us their headquarters. We had an amazing time. Got great pictures. And saw something for everyone in our group. Definitely let Vincent show you around.
