What an amazing restaurant this is. Such a gem. The staff super friendly, the location, the views, super amazing. The food out of this world , everything organic and freshly made while you wait. It’s a beautiful gorgeous restaurant, the deco and the ambience was well done. Huge portions and servings , very delicious. Worth the hype !!!

We had a fun and fantastic 3-hour lunch. Our server, Watson, was very professional, polite, and friendly. Reasonable prices and very good selection of food and drinks. Make reservations to get an edge/cliff-side table

I visited the Lookout Cafe whilst staying in Pioneers Lodge, and the Victoria Falls. All I can say is Wow, what a view. A great menu and the food was delicious, I had the mussels in white wine sauce, served up with bruschetta, mouthwatering, followed with a knickerbocker glory. Totally recommend for both view and delicious food.

Wow! Don’t miss this gem in Vic Falls. Food and drinks all very reasonably priced and we had an amazing fillet steak there. The service is of an exceptionally high quality. We visited 3 times and were served by Mordecai, Bongai and James, who were all perfect!

There's an old maxim that goes along the lines of, you never go for a great meal at a restaurant that has amazing views, and bills itself on its views rather than its food. Of course we were hoping that Lookout Cafe was an exception to this 'rule', but sadly not. Yes the views are amazing, and it's quite entertaining seeing both the bungee jumpers but also the zipliners getting stuck halfway, but the food was bordering on the inedible. I ordered a caesar salad but I had to send it back because the lettuce lives were incredibly bitter and full of grit/sand while my wife ordered a prosciutto ham sandwich which had such chewy meat that it almost jarred her teeth. The only time you should really come here is just before sunset, for drinks, which are extremely reasonably priced and include some excellent local beers, accompanied by cheerful service

A spectacular view matched by superb service from Wadsen (sorry, I might have spelled his name incorrectly). Friendly, informative and excellent gentleman who made our dining experience thoroughly enjoyable. Food was very tasty!

Amazing views and really good food. The water level in the gorge was low as expected at this time of the year. No takers on the activities whilst we were there, the swing looks to be a goodie ...

Had lunch here after doing the gorge swing. What a view, what an atmosphere. Friendly staff (fab waiter Mike), amazing decor and loved the staff singing and dancing to celebrate a customers birthday. Spent lots of money in the gift shop and milkshakes were delicious.

Spectacular view, excellent service, great food. We were there for lunch withe a group of about 12. Service was great, Diverse menu, full bar, feel the gentle breezes flow through the room as you enjoy your meal or sit by the edge and look into the gorge. Truly a unique experience, highly recommend. Small parking lot, short distance from downtown.

I’m currently sitting with a cocktail looking at one of the most amazing views. Could sit here all day, but we’re sitting at a table that has been booked for later. The staff are lovely and the drinks sublime. We’re not eating but the food that’s come out for others looks good. Come even if it’s just for a drink and the view

We already knew and read that the food here is good and also had a great view towards the canyon. We were not disappointed. All 3 of us ate the ribs and it was good. It is good spot to eat and watch sunset We were late though and miss the sunset. We came back again for sunrise. Worth eating here. It had great ambience and the staff was attentive. We enjoyed our time there. But do make prior reservations on their website.

We had dinner at Lookout Cafe after exploring Victoria Falls. It is a beautiful restaurant with gorgeous views of the gorge. The service was very good, and it was a relaxing experience. Look Out's identity and strength is the location. Just by the edge of the great Zambezi cliff. You dine looking down at the flowing water at 200 feet below and the Bridge view just ahead of you. We were waned to make a reservation as the place can be busy but we ended up having a really relaxing time as opposed to our feared crowded place. The service was good and professional and food was good too. The prices of food and drinks were quite reasonable. As we drove to the venue buffalos graze just by the road side. Only recommendation is to put glass covers on the rails as a small lapse with your phone if you are sitting on the last seat and your phone or any other items tumbles down to the rive.

My husband and I were recently in Victoria Falls for a 4 night stay over whilst I competed in the Econet Victoria Falls Half Marathon before heading on an overland to Botswana. We lunched at the Lookout Cafe before we went off for a gorge swing over Batoka Gorge. The view and service was impeccable. The ostrich salad was absolutely delicious and the flavours and quality of the ingredients was next level. We would absolutely recommend a visit at the Lookout Cafe whenever you visit Victoria Falls. The views are amazing and will add to your dining experience.

Stunning view of gorge during dinner with a full moon, but even better in the day. Service was friendly, excellent waitron, interested in you, not your dollars, they make you feel welcome. Beautiful decor and lights and the perfect location. Reasonably, prices and portions are more than enough.

As the name suggests an excellent viewpoint near the Victoria Falls Bridge. We had lunch here, the food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Excellent location of this restaurant! Friendly staff, awesome cocktails. Food is average. The view, overlooking the gorge swing over the Zambezi river, is the best part of this cafe. Quick 10 minute drive from the city center. The sound of the gushing river is so soothing!
