The driver was very good and the vehicle was clean. The trip from our hotel to the airport went very well and we arrived at the airport in time.

The driver was 20 minutes late. due to his key fob not having batteries. stuff happens if that was true. but, we were going to airport. and it was a bit of a worry. We also did not receive the promised email from local company confirming so had to make phone calls and emails.

I paid $134 for a private transfer from Notting Hill to Heathrow. I like to do this so I have a pre arranged pick up time and have had great experiences in the past with other companies. There are usually very professional, clean vehicles and reliable. This was none of that at all. The driver called 10 minutes before the expected pick up time and said he was in traffic and would be a little late. 45 minutes later I text him to see where he was and he kept insisting he was stuck in traffic and yelled at me that he would be there. It was noon when he arrived. I arranged for 11am because that was the checkout time for our AirBNB. We had to wait standing outside for the hour. He was nowhere near professional. The vehicle and he smelled. He kept saying it was traffic coming back from Heathrow. I had looked on goggle maps while we were waiting and saw no traffic. On the way there we saw no traffic. The whole ride he was going on about how bad the people in London are. Even when we didn’t reply back he kept on talking. This was like a horrible Hber ride. Which, by the way would have only been about $40 at the time. When we got to the airport we arranged to be dropped at the Virgin Atlantic Ipper class drop off. He missed the turn in and because he was 45 minutes late for his next pick up (which we heard in his phone conversation on speaker phone with his company) he dropped us off about 100 yards from the regular entrance with our luggage and kept yelling it would be fine. I contacted Viator and explained all of this and their reply was that based. on the terms of the agreement there is nothing they would do. Based on this I will never use Viator again and would advise anyone against this driving company

Driver picked us up at the required time and was very helpful when arriving at the airport. Highly recommend this service.
