This was an excellent small group tour. We really enjoyed the narrative of our guide. The lunch prepared by the countess was excellent Only eight people on the tour and the van very new and clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

This was incredible. Our guide was very fun, relaxed but also knowledgeable. It was such a pleasant experience. Lunch at the chateau was so very special. The food was great and just an awesome experience.

Three chateau’s in one day! Camille was a great guide and we truly enjoyed the day! She was so professional and knowledgeable yet very personal and made everyone feel comfortable. I had originally booked the tour without the lunch at the private chateau but really enjoyed the lunch and walk around to the “smallest chateau “.

Camille was an excellent guide. Very informative, with clear explanations. Very polite and always smiling! Both Chateaux were well worth the visit, while the lunch was a peaceful break at a private chateau between the main visits.

We had a wonderful day in the Loire Valley on this tour! Our guide, Camille, was an absolute delight-she made the whole experience so special. It was really nice to relax and let her handle the driving, tickets, and all of the details. At each of the big castles, she provided some history and information and then gave us free time to explore. They were both beautiful and interesting in unique ways. One of the highlights of the day was the delicious French lunch and wine at a small, private castle. We enjoyed the amazing food and talking with the others in our small tour group. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Camille!!!

We enjoyed the guided tour with Stephen and the lunch at the chateau. I recommend this tour of two famous chateaus in the Loire valley.

The castles were amazing! Sophie was a wonderful guide. She was very knowledgeable and shared the history of the castles with us, while also giving us time to explore them on our own.

Excellent day with our guide, Marion. She provided a wealth of intersting history at each chateaux and allowed us enough time at each place to explore a bit on our own. Marion is very kind and approachable. We would be happy to do another tour with her on our next visit to the area. My only suggestion to the tour company is to let guests know in advance that there is a lot of walking and many stairs. This tour may not be suitable if mobility is an issue.

We loved this tour! Our guide Steven was so professional and knowledgeable and fun! It was a very authentic and interesting France experience. The chateauxs are thrilling to see and explore. Lunch was home made and typical French fare - rustic setting and lovely.

Our guide, Steven, was excellent. Very attentive, informative, enthusiastic. He was prompt and made sure we were back in time to catch the train back to Paris. We enjoyed our tour very much. The lunch at the Chateau was a very special treat. Delicious with some special touches. All handcrafted. Time was given at each place to explore. It was chilly this time of year. Glad we brought warm coats and scarves.

Chateaus were breathtaking, the back ground and interesting facts provided by our guide added much depth to the experience!

Wonderful day visiting the famous chateaus. Our driver and guide Demetri was amazing, full of interesting history, was a safe driver and friendly. The lunch and visit to the private chateau was a real bonus and highlight.

Alex was a great guide. She was very accommodating and answered all our questions. She is a good, comfortable driver. She has a nice voice and good knowledge of the region. Lunch was very good.

Our guide, Alex, was super professional. We were a group of English and French speakers, and Alex tirelessly switched between the two languages to ensure everyone was on the same page. Generally, I’m not a history guy, but I enjoyed the historical story Alex brought to us while we enjoyed these magnificent châteaux. The lunch was fantastic and took place in a château, which is quite a treat! We also had an exciting chat about many different contemporary topics, which made the time we spent moving from one place to another quite enjoyable. I wish we could have more time to chat, as Alex was super knowledgeable. I highly recommend booking the tour, especially if you have more than two days in Tours.

Chateau of Chambord was most impressive. The road trip to the Chateaus from the City of Tours was lovely. The lunch was great. One special note - our guide, Marion, was very nice, very knowledgeable on the history of the area, a very good and safe driver, and charming. Very highly recommend the tour. Arijit

We had a wonder day with out guide Sophie. The highlight was having lunch at Chateau de Villesavin. We highly recommend this tour.

Mario is the best guide I’ve had in France! The whole tour is excellent. This is a must do if you are in the Loire Valley!
