My wife and I totally enjoyed this Loire Valley chateau and wineries tour. Out tour guide, Cami, was beyond excellent. She provided a wealth of information while driving us to the different attractions. This is an outstanding tour and definitely one to consider.

A full day of beautiful castles and interesting wineries. Also got to see the beautiful countryside and some small towns.

Absolutely Amazing Excursion, the high point of the trip was Kami, (think thats how u spell her name😬😬😬), she was so full of information, so happy and made everyone feel at ease, such a lovely girl... An excellent day! Both châteaux visited were stunning and complimented each other very well. Really enjoyed the guided tours of the two wine cellars and tasting the very good wines at both. Our guide Sophie was superb; knowledgeable, friendly, thoughtful, attentive and energetic.

Our tour was brilliant. Marion was the BEST guide. She was knowledgeable, passionate and lovely. What a fantastic day. The chateau’s and the wineries were amazing. Thank you Marion.

My daughter and I had a great day, she said it was her favorite day of the trip to France. The Chateau’s we great selections and the private family dug cave was a perfect stop. The tour guide was the highlight, she was informed, fun, and treated everyone with kindness and care for how the day went. Chad

The trip was great. Dmitri was very friendly, helpful and fun. Suggestion for the future would be another tasting stop and spend less time with each one on the details of the wine making process. I think most people like some of that detail, but not extensive time on it. Overall though well done.

Dimitry was a fantastic guide for 2 Chateaux, gardens and 2 wine tastings. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and offered up many insights about the area, French culture and wine. We had a great day and met some other nice travelers in our group. A must do when you visit the Loire.

We booked this tour at the last minute after our other tour was cancelled at the last minute and we were not disappointed. Dimitri was great! He gave us a lot of historical information but then gave us plenty of time to explore on our own. He was very friendly and had tons of energy and enthusiasm.

We enjoyed the tour. The 2 castles gave a nice variety of experience as did the 2 wineries. Our guide was knowledgeable and very pleasant and conversational. I got an appreciation for the region - and the locals' love for it - that I'd have never gotten without this tour.

This was a lovely introduction to the Loire Valley wines and Chateaux. Alex, our guide, who speaks English fluently, was the secret ingredient for a relaxing well balanced day. She is great fun, an experienced professional and has a wealth of knowledge of the region’s history, wine production and culture. But back to my comment about balance, if you want a deeper discussion Alex is happy to facilitate and participate on any tour related topics. Otherwise, Alex allow plenty of time for question, conversation, or quietly enjoying the gardens and grounds at the Chateaux, it was an enjoyable relaxing day. The wines were wonderful and well represented the range of Vouvray wines. The vehicle was nice and comfortable. The drive time between stops was not too long so the day had a good pace. Highly recommend this tour.

Alex was our guide. Great personality and very knowledgeable. Beautiful countryside, the chateau’s were beautiful as were the gardens. Wines were very good, a great exposure to all of the presentations of chenin blanc Would definitely recommend.

Excellent tour and guide. Dimitri was so full of information and was prompt. Very kind and quick with a laugh and patient with those of us not good with the French language.

Another day another chateau. We loved seeing the chateaux du jour each with a different flavor. We especially loved the incredible gardens of Villandry. Our afternoon of visiting two wineries in Vouvray was fun and informative as we sampled delicious wines of the region. D’mitri was very knowledgeable about everything we saw, not to mention personable. He took great care of us on our day together.

This was a fantastic way to spend a day around the Loire Valley. Great mix of sightseeing and wine tasting. Chateau d'Islette was like something from a storybook and was a great unique spot for the lunch stop. Alex our tour guide was exceptional! Very friendly and really helped to make the tour. Will be recommending to all!

Wow, this was a speechless and amazing tour for my wife birthday in Loire Valley! Château de Villandry is stunning and we love the garden. We had our lunch in the beautiful Chateau de l'Islette and the owner is very friendly. We had a unique wine tasting experience in a cave (Cathelineau Cellars), where the owner told us interesting stories. The most memorable was tunnel digging by their family and finished by 5 glasses wine tasting of Vouvray. We also visited Marc Bredif, which is a very different wine cellar and we learned a lot about wine production, wrapping up with another 5 glasses of Vouvray. It won't be successful without Marion (our guide), who smiled all the times. She is professional and super helpful for us, more importantly she is knowledgeable. We have made a new friend in France. We highly recommend this tour to you in Amboise. You can sit back and enjoy wine tasting, understanding the wine making process in English with a great tour guide Marion!

Top value tour for a tight schedule. The best chateaux to visit nearby Tours. Our guide, Daphné, was extremely knowledgeable about the chateaux and wineries, highlighting all the interesting points along the day. She also surprised us with a picnic during the visit to Château de L'Islette and even helped with booking a fantastic dinner back in town. Fully recommended.

Small group tour, so very customizable. For instance, at Villandry we wanted to spend more time in the gardens and less in the castle. Gorgeous picturesque picnic lunch at a private little charming - and surprising - chateau I wouldn't have found on my own. Spent the afternoon in wine heaven tasting the variety of styles produced in Vouvray. I am a solo traveler and found this a superb introduction to this area of the Loire.

What a wonderful day trip through the Loire Valley. A great mix of sightseeing and wine tasting, with a delicious lunch in a beautiful location. Villandry was excellent to look around, especially the gardens which were stunning and great to explore. The wine tasting afternoon was exceptional - fantastic to see both the vineyard and the caves, certainly insightful and with great wine too. Vincent our guide was brilliant - knowledgable, entertaining and friendly, he certainly helped us to get the most out of our trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
