Had an awesome 5 dives with Poseidon Dive Centre between the end of April and the start of May. Would definitely recommend! All the team are highly experienced, very professional, genuinely welcoming and friendly, and all round great fun to spend the day with! Will definitely reach out to them again next time I am in Cyprus!

Myself and two children obtained our padi open water certificates a few years ago from Poseidon Dive Centre. When we returned to Cyprus in September’23 we decided to use them again. Although under new ownership we were not disappointed. Gabriel was very friendly and helpful. The sea was a bit a choppy and he discussed whether we wanted to dive and said our enjoyment and safety was the most important thing. Myself and my daughter hadn’t dived for a few years and Gabriel was careful and thorough in his approach with us. My son had recently done a lot of diving but Gabriel was still diligent. The dives were great. Gabriel knew the best places to see marine life and we saw a turtle, puffer fish and lion fish amongst others. The entry for our second dive was difficult because of the strong waves but Gabriel showed us how to get in and out safely. During the dive we saw lots of fish and an eel. We can recommend Poseidon Dive Centre. Gabriel was great company, he was knowledgeable and we felt safe while diving with him. Many thanks for everything.

After my 12 Year old Daughter completed her PADI Junior in May in the UK I enquired with a few of the dive Centres in Protaras. Being a PADI MSD myself I was a little nervous about which company would cater for my newly qualified Daughter. Step forward Poseidon, Gabriel was quick to respond and after a couple if emails I was already put at ease. Able to cater for both my daughter and my more experienced level of Diving at the same time. We enjoyed a couple of local dives on the 2nd day of our holiday which was a perfect experience, including the highlight of seeing our 1st of many Turtles during the holiday. (Remenber these are Wild Animals so we felt very privileged indeed.) The following day I started my PADI Wreck Speciality dives on Liberty and Nemesis with Gabriel. Meanwhile my daughter spent the Day with Ann, a PADI DM who literally transformed Lexi into a confident diver able to control her trim and buoyancy. The videos and pictures will stay with me forever. I completed my Wreck Speciality with 2 Dives on The Zenobia, wow what a specimen of a wreck... a must if you have an interest in wrecks and deeper diving. In total we dived for 5 mornings of our 10 day holiday. Gabriel and Valentin have a business model that is so customer focused I wish I could give them 10 Stars on here. I have made some new amazing friends for life. Myself and my daughter have had an amazing holiday in Protaras and we have a whole heap of special memories all thanks in part to Gab, Val and Ann. If you want to dive with a company that will cater to your needs and offer a really personal service, look no further than Poseidon.

I had a nice morning with Gabriel as a guide on 2 dives. we went to Konnos and Cape Greco which were absolutely beautiful places. calm conditions, nice underwater formations and caves. thank you for a nice experience 🤿🫧👌🏼

Very Nice dive. We had a refresh dive at Konnos wich was realy beautiful. Lot of fish and beautiful underwather scenary. We also took The zenobia vreck dive. It was amazing. We done this before 2017, and we are still amazed by this big ship vreck. Lovely dives and friendly and helpful dive guides. Can recomend to go Diving with this dive center. Thank you again for wonderfull days.

WOW!!! My wife and I booked with Poseidon for our trip to Protaras after much research. We are both newly certified divers with no actual experience diving in the sea. When we arrived at the dive centre we were greeted with a calm, relaxed and positive vibe from Gabriel. As we were both really nervous about diving open water this was completely reassuring and he made us feel safe and secure. Our first day diving was with Gabriel and an incredible experience and this reassured us further that our week with Poseidon was going to be amazing, our first 2 dives on the Monday were mind blowing, we saw sea turtles, statues, a vast array of fish and some fantastic underwater topography. Our second day diving was with Valentine, again we were met with complete calmness and a warm welcoming vibe, after our briefing and general chit chat we headed for the dives 3 and 4 of the week. Again these 2 sites were fantastic, the landscape and array of sea life is magical. Dive 4 was one of my highlights, fantastic underwater caverns and tunnels, an experience that felt out of this world. On our last day diving we met at the centre with Ann, such an amazing character, warm and friendly. Today we were to be diving at MUSAN in Ayia Napa, an underwater sculpture forest, which has further meaning. This is a must do experience!!! So that summarises my week but nothing can truly put emphasis on how incredible the team at Poseidon are, they have made our time in Cyprus an unforgettable experience, we already have plans to revisit the island, plan further dives, push forward with our scuba training and I could not think of a better team to do this with. Thank you guys for making our vacation and first experiences diving in the sea so magical. 🤙

Absolutly amazing experince! The staff was so professional and sweet. You can see that they actually love what they do. I did four dives with them and enjoyed every second of it. Highly recommend, no matter if you’re traveling alone or with someone.

Amazing experience at Poseidon Dive Centre on 4 guided dives with Anne. The whole team is super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Anne was calm, patient, fun and made us feel super comfortable and safe. Would love to go back and dive with Poseidon again ;)

I hadn't been diving for a few years but after talking to Anne and Gab I did two dives with Anne and had a great time. Konnos beach with lots of Lion fish was really special and green bay with the "statues" was good just to get back to it. Really friendly people and a great time in all. Jeff

Originally we booked a 2 dive session to celebrate my birthday. We are both PADI qualified and although we haven’t dived in the last 3 yrs we do have a good experience. It was a fantastic experience and so we booked the following day hand had 4 dives in all. All shore dives but saw plenty including a sea horse. The kit was great, staff amazing - hospitable, knowledgeable and considerate. Would highly recommend and def book again if we are visiting again. Thanks you for a great 2 days !!

Amazing service from Poseidon Dive Centre. Myself and my partner did a discovery dive, for beginners as it was her first time diving. The experanice was amazing from start to finish, met byTina at our hotel who was very friendly and taken out by Mario. Mario was very calm and put my partner, who was a little nervous instantly at ease! Following this I had 2 guided dives again with Mario who was brilliant knew all the best places and gave us lots of pictures for memories. He gave just the right ammount of assistance for a fairly new diver like myself whilst still giving me freedom to dive. Returning the the centre staff were on hand with refreshments and gave me plenty of time to clean my gear. This is a fantastic dive centre, clean, safe and follows modern practices. If you're looking for a dive centre, this is the one. Thank you to Tina, Mario and all of the other staff at Poseidon Dive Centre for an unforgettable trip.

Have not been diving for a few years and decided to indulge myself into a couple of dives in Cyprus. Picked POSEIDON and it was for sure a good choice. Tina was very responsive and helpful on the booking process (and providing information about dive) and Kiran was very good at making me feel comfortable with my dive gear and the dives themselves. 1st dive was pretty easy but good to assess if I still had the Mojo. 2nd dive we went a bit deeper and managed to see a turtle + seahorses. Since I had my certifications I have been diving on and off with multiple dive centers and I believe it's the first time where I really wish I had extra time to do more dives 'cos you just made me feel welcome. You are doing diving the way i foresee they should be done. It's not just about money. It's also about the experience itself. I'd really recommend them if you fancy a dive!

I went for 3 dives, my guide was very accommodating. This was the first time I had done a dive by myself so I was a little nervous, but I was made to feel at ease very quickly. Tina was great too and provided us with coffee and biscuits between each dive. Also photos were shared at the end of the dives which was a lovely little added bonus.

Sunday 31st July 2022 Absolutely stunning dive , warm waters 25c + visibility 18 m + . Met Kiron ( dive instructor) + 2 at dive Centre and was kitted out with dive gear. Short trip in pickup truck to local dive site at konas bay . kitted up buddy checks completed Short 2 min trek to entry point . Bent knee stride entry short surface swim . Decent 5 m to sea bed and continue along ledge contouring seascape descending to 25 m . Turning about ascending a sea grass bank and ascending gradually the remaining dive to a 5/6 m safety stop . Ascended right up to entry point and exited stepping on to ledge . Throughout dive I experienced finning through an underwater thermal ( amazing ) crystal clear rockery sea environment sea grass , sea life such as lion fish , cornet fish , sea horse and various Mediterranean fish along with species I can’t name 🤓. The whole experience start to finish was professional, safe , Kiron supervision and over watch at start , through out dive and at end was on the ball from air remaining checks to pointing out things of interest. There are a lot of dive Centres in Protaras tbf , I approached Poseidon dive centre to enquire about discovery dive for my family . I first spoke with Tina on what’s app and then met Kiron in person at the centre. The whole initial meeting left me feeling very happy indeed I had picked the right dive centre for my family to experience diving . From this I arranged some diving for myself , local dive as mentioned and then 2 dives Monday 1st August on the Zenobia car ferry at larnaca , this was the penultimate dive for me , such an amazing wreck ,I first dived 28 yeas ago having learnt to dive . The 1st dive that Kiron guided me on around the wreck was breathtaking taking just absolutely amazing. The second dive with penetration to bridge , bar , and accommodation corridor again a dive I will never forget . Still buzzing tbf On Tuesday 2nd August My wife and two lads had there afternoon with kiron at Poseidon dive centre . After initial explanation of the scuba gear and basic understanding of buoyancy , mask clearing , ear pressure etc (again I can’t stop referring to how professional this guy is his instructor qualities are superb) They were kitted up and driven in truck to a calm shallow enclosed small bay , once there a bit more tuition . and under the water they went . I watched on with mask and snorkel as they disappeared. On they return it was amazing to see my family under water scuba diving . They experienced sea turtles swimming along side them and grazing on sea grass and knelt on sea bed as swarms of fish surrounded them .they thoroughly enjoyed it so much , one of my boys wants to dive with me now as a result . Honestly I absolutely nailed it getting in touch with Poseidon dive centre. There’s a lot of dive centre's in Protaras that you will see on visiting , and costs vary centre to centre on advertisements for guided / discovery etc .they are in the parish of each other in price comparison , I can honestly say there centres there charging more than what I paid. Either way you will not be disappointed whatsoever choosing Poseidon dive centre .if your staying in Protaras or local they will collect you from you hotel / accommodation, Cyprus is not a massive island to drive and if you have a hire car and intend to dive then give them a shout . I certainly plan to do more diving in Cyprus in the future and with Poseidon, thank you very much for a great service 👌 Poseidon dive centre Mark Adams & Family

It was 2 nice dives with Mario the DM and 3 Other lovely fellows. The dive in itself wasn’t so nice because of very little marine life and the corals were very colourless. But it was very good vis and they did what they could with the dives from the shore, but i hoped it was gonna be from a boat. I heard thats just for specific days on the week because i guess its hard for all the dive shops to fill a boat so they can make a living. Really nice owner and divemaster highly recommend the shop but try to find the day they are going on a boat for the wrecks!

From the moment we arrived, we were looked after with the most genuin desire to make our experience perfect! They provided well looked after equipment, and our Diving instructor (whio speaks both English and French) was an experienced diver who knows the area well and made also sure everything ran smoothly and safely. He even took pictures which they sent us afterwards without any extra cost. At the end we were even served a tasty coffee and cookies. This show that they really want you to have the best experience as possible!
