The tour guide is very friendly, and the landscape is amazing. We had a great time in the desert. The tour is highly recommend!

We had a family tour at the Liwa Desert , an half day experience with bbq dinner. Our guide Basith has been great as he was able to tailor the best experience for us even with few hrs available. He is a great guide and driver ..the dune bashing has been amazing and safe with him! And guys....the sunset on top of the dunes, the bbq dinner in the date plantation ....massive!! With so much delicious food, from meat to fish and rice , salad, salses.after dinner we had plenty of time to see the stars in the complete dark. I can tell you that this is one of the few things that is really worth to spend money for in Abu Dhabi...and Basith..such a great driver and very nice guy! Super suggested!

This is first time for me the desert safari but I'm very happy for the trip, the car comes on time for picking and the staff was very nice and helpful. Amazing ride in desert I really enjoyed, they ride in desert almost one hour and they give enough time for taking pictures. Once we reach the camp our table already reserved, in camp all the staff was nice and friendly. The Food was very nice. Belly dance and music was awesome. Very satisfied I definitely came back with my friends

This was a wonderful adventure with Bashit. Quite impressive to get out of the tracks in what looked like 'the deep desert'. Bashit is an artist in reading the dunes to get the best trajectory for riding the crests with his landcruiser. We lunched in a small oasis under the palmtrees. The person living there (he has been there for 14 years, living alone in the desert) was very welcoming and happy to share fresh dates direct from his trees. We saw camels with newborn baby and even two gazelles. A lifetime experience. Thank you Bashit!

We had an awesome private tour with our great guide Basith through the Liwa desert. He showed us breathtaking dunes and we felt always safe. We definitely recommend Liwa Advanture Tours, our trip was worth the money!

i would recomend this tour because Ibrahim was a really nice and accomodant guide. if you want to taste the esperience of the real desert you have to choose him. I've been with my brother. We stayed all the day in the desert with him and we discovered a lot of information about enviroment and history of this place. He made our tour perfect for all our needs and we pass a really good time together. if I had to choose a different kind of desert experience (like camping in the night and see all the stars) i'll definitevily choose to go with him.

I've been recommended to choose this tour by a colleague and I'll do the same with you. Me and my sister had a full day tour with Ibrahim. He's an expert guide and can teach you a lot about the environment and the history. The planning can be adaptable to your needs and desires, and Ibrahim has been very kind and accommodating guide for us. We had a nice lunch in a palm trees garden, practice some sandboard in the afternoon and enjoy the sunset. If you want to experience the "real" desert with amazing landscapes, far from the most touristic spots, you should definitely choose this tour.

I visited liwa in december 2019 which I believe is the best time to visit with an expert on liwa named Ibrahim,whom I will recommend to go with.It was an awesone experience going through the desert having one of the largest sand dunes and above all dune bashing on them has made it a memorable trip. Glimpsing through the scenic beauties of desert along with the evening sunset,a lunch in an oasis in middle of desert and side by side listening about the where abouts of arabic culture with an expert makes it even more beautiful and adventurous.My whole was spent well.

Super ervaring! De chauffeur vertelde van alles en legde alles goed uit. En de chauffeur maakte super mooie foto’s. Het eten was heerlijk in de oasis en het sandboarding was erg leuk om te doen! Echt een aanrader!

Geweldige dag gehad vandaag! We zijn perfect op tijd opgehaald vanaf ons hotel en werden goed op de hoogte gehouden waar hij reed. Wij waren met ons tweeën en Basith vertelde ons vanalles over de omgeving! Hele vriendelijke chauffeur. Als eerst bracht hij ons naar een Camel farm waar hij ons perfect op de foto zette met de kamelen. Basith maakte hele mooie foto’s van ons. Daarna gingen we echt door de woestijn door de duinen. Zo gaaf en zo mooi. Basith bracht ons naar de lunch waar we een hele lekkere maaltijd kregen op een mooie plek. Na de maaltijd gingen we sandboarden waar Basith weer mooie foto’s maakte. Zo’n gave ervaring. Wij hebben genoten en de chauffeur heeft ons ook verteld welke tour we de volgende keer kunnen maken. Dan vragen we weer naar Basith. Wij hebben een top dag gehad! Diese Tour war einfach super! Basith, der super sympathische Guide brachte uns in die Wüste, wo wir uns ausgiebig dem Dune Bashing widmeten. Wow! Anschließend besuchten wir eine Palmenoase und eine Kamelfarm mit sehr zutraulichen Tieren. Weiter ging es zu einem Fort und der Kamelrennbahn - ebenfalls ein Erlebnis. Den krönenden Abschluss bildete ein toller Sonnenuntergang. Diese Tour können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen, denn sie hat uns einen unvergesslichen Tag beschert und wir durften in Basith einen liebenswerten Menschen kennenlernen. Vielen Dank! (Toby)

Wir wurden morgens von unserem netten Guide Basith am Hotel abgeholt und los ging die Fahrt im 4X4. Nach gut 1,5 Stunden erreichten wir die Wüste, wo zunächst Luft aus den Reifen gelassen werden musste, bevor es in die tolle Dünenlandschaft ging mit ihren unendlichen Farben und Formen. Dort gab es hinter jeder Düne etwas anderes zu bestaunen. Und auch die Fähigkeiten des Landcruiser haben wir ausgiebig getestet 😉. Anschließend gab es ein leckeres Mittagessen in einem Palmenhain. Danach fuhren wir zu einer Kamelfarm, wo wir uns gleich mit den schönen und zutraulichen Tieren anfreundeten😉. Weiter ging es nach Verlassen der Wüste zum Fort Nimail und anschließend zur 15km langen Kamelrennbahn, wo wir einigen Tieren und ihren Besitzern beim Trainieren zuschauen konnten. Den krönenden Abschluss bildete dann noch ein schöner Sonnenuntergang, bevor wir müde, aber glücklich wieder im Hotel ankamen. Wir danken Liwa Adventures und besonders Basith für diese tolle und interessante Tour, die er durch seine fröhliche und freundliche Art zu etwas Unvergesslichem für uns gemacht hat. Shkran!!! Wie schon bei unserem ersten Besuch in Abu Dhabi bescherte uns unser Guide Basith einen unvergesslichen Tag in der Wüste: Als erstes möchte ich erwähnen, daß Basith ein ausgesprochen angenehmer Mensch ist, der es einem einfach macht, ihm zu vertrauen - was mir in der Wüste nicht ganz unwichtig erscheint. Außerdem spricht er ein sehr verständliches Englisch, was nicht so ganz selbstverständlich ist. Als besonders schön empfand ich erneut unser Picknick in dieser kleinen Oase in Mitten der Wüste, ein fast verwunschener Ort. Anschließend statteten wir der Kamel-Rennbahn noch einen Besuch ab, um dem Training beizuwohnen. Und die Kamele, die uns sozusagen ganz zufällig über den Weg gelaufen sind, waren mein ganz persönliches Sahnehäubchen! Bezüglich meines nächsten Besuchs in Abu Dhabi, von dem ich jetzt schon träume, freue ich mich schon auf meinen dritten Wüsten-Trip mit Basith!!!
