Donatello was our drive for an amazing day trip from Livorno port to Siena and San Gimignano. By the end of the day he felt like an old friend; he was happy to stop at the Elsa cascades and took us to a family run winery for lunch. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing tour! The cities were beautiful, the winery was delicious, and the tour guides were phenomenal! Rauf, Antonio, and Lorenzo were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the trip enjoyable.

Giuseppe and his other driver were amazing. On time very informative. The Tuscany area was a bucket list for everyone and it did not disappoint. The views the history and architecture was outstanding. They suggested a wine tasting and lite lunch on the hillside, so clad we did it. I would definitely use these guys again.

Favorite day of our week long stay in Florence! Lorenzo was an exceptional tour guide- warm, friendly, funny and very knowledgeable about the region and its rich history. The mid-day lunch stop at intimate winery, Lornano, was the icing on the cake! This is a must do. Not like the large, busy tours you see across the big cities. Very intimate and quaint. Irene was an excellent driver as well!

Lorenzo and Nino were fantastic! Lorenzo was very informative and made the tour entertaining and funny! We would highly recommend their services to others! Thank you both very much!

Lorenzo (guide) and Irene (driver) were so welcoming, informative and fun — we had a great day in Tuscany with plenty of time to see the sites, shops and grab a few drinks along the way. I’m not typically a big fan of guided trips, but we never felt rushed and could explore with the group or without. 🙏

This is a really full day out. We were glad that we arrived in Siena early before the crowds descended. We would have liked a little more time in Sans Gimignano but we will return there at our own leisure. The stop at the vineyard was a lovely experience and the food and wine tasting was excellent. It was a lovely time to relax during the middle of the day. The small number on the tour made it feel more personal and it was lovely to talk to people from other countries. The small coach was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning very welcome. Our driver Irene was excellent. Our tour guide, Francisco was friendly and informative and he made time to talk to everybody on the tour making it feel very personal. Its a long day but well with it.

We had a wonderful day exploring Siena and San Gimignano. The tour of the winery and wine tasting was such a fun experience and very informative. It was such a relief to hop on the bus and relax while going from place to place. Our tour guides (Francesco and Alexio) were friendly, helpful and made the best of a very hot day in August!

Today was absolutely perfect! Alex picked us up on time and as planned. He met us when we were done exploring Sienna and then took us to vista points in San G that were spectacular If you book this tour, ask for Alex 👍

Our driver was so accommodating. He took us to the towns and sent links on where to go and told us best place for gelato. He took us to the best place for Italian farm to table fresh food and wine tasting. Would use him again without hesitation.

Our road trip out of Florence with Eleonora and Angelo was excellent. Eleonora was very knowledgeable and helped the group (maybe 14 of us?) navigate the towns but still provided enough free time to explore. The trip included a lunch at a Chianti winery in the countryside which was very beautiful. We would recommend. The shopping was surprisingly good in both towns and I very much enjoyed the views from San Gimignano across the lovely rolling green hills. It was memorable. Even though the description above says "shore excursion" we did this as a stand alone tour booked out of Florence on the internet via Viator.

Flexible with schedule. Flexible with itinerary. Impromptu stops for photos and exploration. Time on our own for shopping and exploration. Informative guide in Siena (Lara). Excellent driver (Luigi). As with most cruise day trips, there’s never enough time - but we felt we got a good taste of the area. Just enough to know we have to return for an extended period.

Eleonora was awesome! This was a small group excursion so we had ample opportunity to drill her with questions from history to language. While Siena was beautiful and interesting, the views from San Gimignano were everything you have ever seen in pictures.

Two couples from a cruise in Livorno had one day for overview of Tuscany; we chose Siena and San Gimignano...good choice! Our tour guide Valerio was fun, informative, a very good driver, and recommended good spots for eating and shopping. We unreservedly recommend both him, and Viator!

This trip left Florence and visited Siena and San Gimignano including a lunch/private tour of a small family winery in Chianti Classico. It was very well done and the tour guide Eleonora and driver Antonio were both excellent. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 was because of the tipping situation. There was a sign in the front of the very comfortable small bus saying tips are appreciated. Then when you got off it was unclear if one tip was sufficient since the driver and tour guide were a team or they were looking for separate tips. It was very uncomfortable. I would rather they just charge more and revive the dying tread in Europe of no tipping.

Alessandro M was our driver/guide for a visit to beautiful Siena and San Gimignano. He was courteous, engaging, professional and most important a very good safe driver. Our visit was certainly enhanced by his narrative and his willingness to accommodate any requests we had. The time we had to walk around was just right, and we returned to the ship on time. This was such a pleasurable experience we would highly recommend Alessandro and Prestige Rent, as well as the trip to Siena and San Gimignano!
