Gabriele Benedetti was an OUTSTANDING guide for us. So personable. So kind. So friendly. This is a person who really enjoys being with people. He has excellent knowledge of Livorno, Florence and Pisa. And he is very proud of his hometown (Livorno) -- we absolutely loved his stories! My wife and I highly recommend Gabriele!

We met with a local guide and driver, Gabriele Benedetti from Livorno. He was funny, knowledgeable and fast tracked us everywhere in Florence and Pisa. So much fun. I went with 8 people and they couldn't stop telling me how much fun they had. This guy is the best.

Our guide/driver was fantastic. Gabriele went out of his way to make sure we got to where we were going. I would definitely use him again.

Gabriele exceeded our expectations! We got off the ship earlier than our reservation and he was already there waiting for us. We haven’t been to Florence in 25 years, bringing our 3 young adult children with us this time and we were up for suggestions…. We ended up tweaking our plans after our brief discussion with Gabriele and stopped for a short visit to Pisa. So glad he suggested it!! The hour spent there was perfect! When we got back into the car, Gabriele had made us a lunch reservation in Florence. (As we drove to Pisa, Gabriele asked us what we would like to do for lunch) Our dining experience was everything we wanted and more! Gabriele gave us a map of Florence before leaving us for lunch as well as answered our many questions. The pick up area was convenient and he was flexible if we wanted to come back early or stay a little later. Gabriele made our visit to Florence, our last stop on our cruise a perfect ending to our family vacation. Thank you Gabriele!

Gabriele provided a great day for us. He picked us up promptly at the Livorno cruise terminal and took us to Florence via a back road to allow us to experience a bit more of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. After a stop at the Piazzale Michelangelo for a panoramic view of Florence, he dropped us off next to the Duomo with a map, some guidance, a recommendation for lunch (which was delicious), and a pickup time/location. On the way back to Livorno, we had time for a quick visit to Pisa. Gabriele was polite, punctual, informative, and friendly and it is clear he enjoys sharing his country with visitors. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver/guide.

Gabrielle was a fantastic driver. He was waiting for us with our names on a sign, immediately as we got off our ship. His van was clean and comfortable and his English was great. We had a great conversation during the drive to and from Florence. Since we were a few minutes early, he took the time to drive us up to the top of the hill for a great view and photo of Florence. He was right on time for our 3:30pm pick up and trip back to the ship. His communication leading up to our trip was great. Would highly recommend booking Gabrielle for any/all transportation needs in Livorno.

Our driver was the best. He made the drive to Florence so entertaining and plus we had time to stop at Pisa on the way back and kindly offered to do this for us

Gabriele was there when we arrived, was a very good driver, and gave us a nice tour around the outside of Florence before dropping us off. He was at the agreed upon location when we were ready to go back. Everything that we hoped for in a day trip, we highly recommend.

This was a wonderful experience for a private transfer from our cruise ship to Florence. Gabriele was very kind and helpful. He was at the terminal waiting for us and we had an easy ride into Florence where he first took us to a look at point, and then then suggested a fabulous church (now museum) for us to visit before dropping us off at the City's Center. We arranged a pick up time (which we eventually changed to an hour earlier), and he was waiting for us when we were ready to leave.

Driver arrived on time and took us straight to a panoramic view of Florence. He dropped us off to the main Piazza and came back to an agreed time. We had a photo stop in Pisa before getting back to cruise port. All in all car is clean and fit for purpose. Driver was courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended to people wanted to have a flexible excursion off cruise ship jn a short of time,.

Gabriele drove us from Livorno port to Florence and back to the ship. He was absolutely wonderful and told us where to go and what to see and showed us around. Before we went back to the ship he took us to Pisa and we were happy to have the opportunity. Gabriele made our day very special and we thank him.

Gabrielle, our driver, gave us a map to the market and all the sights we wanted to see. He also gave a preview of the city from above. He was entertaining and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience!

We arrived in Livorno on a NCL cruise and Gabrielle was waiting with a sign, perfect! I had previously chatted with Gabriele on WhatsApp and he was always quick to respond. In person he was a very pleasant man with good English. 2 of the 3 couples in our family has previously been to Florence. This was a very pleasant drive to Florence in a comfortable van, we did scoot off the main road into the country side just before Florence, so pretty! We stopped at Piazzale Michelangelo for breath taking pano view of Florence. Gabrielle brought us right into the center of the city close to the Duomo where we arranged a return meeting time. After our day in Florence Gabrielle was at our meeting point before the allocated time ready to receive our group for the trip back to the ship! Everything worked out great at a fraction of the cost through the ship.

This was an amazing way to see Florence. Walter was fantastic and knowledgeable about the area and places to visit. He even was able to take us to Pisa for a little bit on our way back. Pick up and drop off at the port was a breeze! A great day trip!

Perfect transfer to Florence. Gabriel was friendly, the drive was enjoyable. Gabriel skipped trafic by going in the backroad to Florence. Very picturesque drive that we all enjoyed! Overall, we absolutely recommend this transfer!

Our meet and greet was very efficient. Driver was absolutely amazing. Vehicle is very clean, lots of room. Everything went exactly as planned. I would highly recommend. Especially for those guest arriving in Livorno on a cruise ship, you could be picked up within 15 minutes and you can spend the entire day in Florence versus only three hours with the cruise line.

Gabriela was a perfect guide for us! Made sure we got where we needed to be at the right time and added a scenic part to the drive into Florence. He also showed us a great picture taking spot and made sure we saw Santa Croce which was a great add to our trip. Highly recommend him to others visiting Florence!
