The guides, Trevor and Ryan, were very professional. I enjoyed every minute of my visit. The handover to the guide in Zambia went very smooth. The landscape is outstanding. The food in Zambia was excellent and the meal was timed well and not rushed at all. I highly recommend to see both sides of the falls.

On the Zambia side, the guide did not show up for over 1 hr. We had to stand at one spot without water and no place to sit down.

This was the highlight of the trip. Our tour guides were amazing. Both Trevor (on the Zimbabwe side) and Bryan (in Zambia) are very knowledgeable and helped us through difficult terrain.

Trevor on the Zimbabwe side was a excellent guide and gave us all the info of the waterfalls and Brian on the Zambia was excellent as well and he also took care of the visas and immigration stuff on both sides . And of course, needless to say the waterfalls itself was beyond our expectations! It was spectacular!

Had an amazing guided tour with Trevor on the Vic falls, Zimbabwe side. We had our own private tour and he made sure that my 76 year gran mother was comfortable. He carried our backpack for us and was very knowledgeable on the history of the falls. The handover to the Zambia side was seamless. We were met by Brian and he also made sure my gran doesn’t finish the whole tour as she was tired and rested at a bench while waiting for us to see the viewing points. Brian took great pictures and videos of me and was also very knowledgeable about the falls, even told us about where he was from. We didn’t feel rushed at all and we were also shown around livingstone town. I forgot my umbrella in the transfer that we took for livingstone and they made sure that my umbrella was dropped off at the lodge where I had booked. The guided tour was totally worth it.

Livingstone museum was interesting. Very nice view over the falls both sides. Very Hard, if you have bad confition.

WOW! What an awesome tour! Do NOT miss this experience! First we had Trevor for the Zimbabwean side- very knowledgeable and personable and fun. He gave us a thorough tour of the falls from his side explaining the history of the area as we went. Purely delightful. However, the REAL treat was Brian on the Zambian side. What a dynamic guide. Took us to so much more than planned a d gave us great anecdotes about the culture of the people. He joined us for lunch and regaled us for over an hour about his family, his family history, the Masai Tribe, the African way of life and how children are taught. I could have listened to him for hours! INSIST on Trevor and especially Brian on this I forgettable tour!

This was a must see while in VF. Do not take this particular tour if you do not want to visit the market area or museum. Also it does not include lunch. We were taken to a restaurant without asking if we wanted to eat there then given the bill after the meal. Price was cheap but we should have been asked. The guides were awesome but realized I could have seen the same thing for way cheaper. The guides were very knowledgeable on time & pleasant.

We had such a great day and thoroughly enjoyed both sides of Victoria Falls. The border crossing and hand off between guides was seamless. Excellent and knowledgeable guides…both were extremely accommodating to my elderly mother as well. I would highly recommend this tour!

Had the best experience Both in Zimbabwe and in Zambia , Shout out to Yandie great guy and the guy that took us to Zambia "cant remember hes name" but all in all i would recommend that everyone should try it , you wont regret it, shout out to the team for an amazing experience

It was a great perspective to see the falls from both sides. My tour guides were both fantastic (Brian in Zambia, Bonani in Zimbabwe). The weather was warm but sunny (39 C), and there was just the right amount of water going over the falls so it didn't obscure the rock cliffs. There was a bit of walking, but nothing too strenuous. Highly recommended.
