Tour was fabulous! Guides are very entertaining, knowledgeable and funny and keep you hooked the whole way round. We are local and wanted something dun to do in our city and it didn't disappoint. We are huge Shiverpool fans and The Auld City and Dead House tour did not disappoint! Just the right mix of funny and scary stories to entertain all 4 of us (including 2 teenagers) and the ending to the tour was something we won’t forget in a hurry! The guides are witty, knowledgable and it makes for a great tour. We also love seeing parts of the city we haven’t visited before. We would definitely recommend!

On April 10, my mom and I went on this ghost tour of Liverpool. I have been on many ghost tours before when I travel, but this is the most entertaining and fun ghost tour I have ever been on. Our guides told us scary ghost stories, but they also kept us laughing. The running joke on the tour was that they were going to kill us and we would not be returning. When we passed people on the street, they told them to say goodbye to these people, they won't be seen again. I love learning the paranormal history of cities when I visit them. It's a fun and entertaining way to learn more about the darker side of a city. The finale at Our Lady and St. Nicholas Church was one of my favorite parts of the tour. I won't say what it is, but just that it is well worth going on this tour to go down into the morgue at this church and find out what awaits everyone on the tour. I also purchased the Shiverpool Ghost Map, which I recommend getting. I did manage to survive the tour alive, but just barely. Don't miss this tour if you go to Liverpool.

I did the tour with my sister last week and we both had such a great time! We had Indiana Bones and James Vagabond as our guides and both were fantastic performers - really fun and engaging. The experience is really great value too, especially considering all the effort and skill that goes into it. Would definitely want to book another tour next time I'm in Liverpool!

I had the best evening. After deciding to not spend yet another birthday home on my own i gave a quick google to see if theres anything i could go to alone. Shiverpool came up. I booked It less than two hours before it began. I expected there to be groups of people and me be the only one by myself but i werent! It was such an amazing experience and can easily be done solo. Weather youre on your own or youre in a group its a brilliant experience. I booked another tour for a fee days afterwards which again ill be attending on my own, so excited and thanks to the team for making my birthday (unknowingly) the best ive had in a very long time. This was our second Shiverpool experience and it definitely lived up to our expectations and more. Fascinating history, legends, comedy and creepiness with a few surprises thrown in from a couple of lads who are great guides and storytellers for the walking tour - this has to be one of the best experiences in Liverpool for both tourists and locals wanting to know a bit more about their city.

The tour was really enjoyable. The tour guides were so entertaining. I would definitely recommend it.

Our guides were hysterically funny as well as very knowledgeable. The tour was an easy walk with a short stair descent at the end. A brilliant way to spend an evening in Liverpool!

I’m dead to everything but this was really fun. Street pantomime at its best. Even the Mrs enjoyed it and she hasn’t enjoyed I’ve done with her since errrrrrr 1986

Had a great time on this spooky tour. The stories were good and the history interesting and the actors clearly love what they do as they are outstanding and genuinely funny! The tour route was good and the guides moved us between stops at a good pace, keeping the whole group together and enabling other pedestrians to keep moving past. I was worried about how scary it would be as I'm a bit of a wimp but for me it was a good mix of scary and fun - it definitely wasn't me sobbing in the dead house at the end (but I did tiny feel a tiny bit sorry for them!). I'd recommend this tour to everyone and I'm already planning on attending a different tour with some friends!

Absolutely amazing tour, probably the best ghost walk we have ever experienced anywhere and we've done a fair few across the UK. Our host Chiller Black and Indiana Bones were fabulously theatrical and totally engaging purveyors of the darker side of Liverpools history and we learned so much about the city that we didn't know as well as visiting places that we never knew existed. The finale at The Dead House was utterly spine tingling and the beautifully executed story telling of the place's history and how it came to be was fascinating. We are 100% definitely going to book onto the other tours done by Shiverpool as these guides are simply the absolute best at what they do, looking forward to another tour very soon. Not to be missed tour. Well done to you both.

The tour was informative yet entertaining. Our host were very engaging, friendly, easy to talk to and played their characters exceptionally well and with a great sense of humour. I will definatly book another one of their tours in the near future.

We all had great fun. The tour guides were excellent and kept us entertained for the whole 90 minutes plus.
