I am really not a hiker but Kurt made this experience really wonderful! He is so knowledgeable and fun, which helped me feel safe. The hike itself on the more difficult side, mostly just because of the scrambling and the height exposure. I’m very glad I did it!

Kurt did a great job as tour guide! He is such a friendly guy who knows a lot about the area. We had a great hike and the scenery is awesome. Definitely worth it!

This was a FANTASTIC experience. We were so fortunate to have Idrees as our guide up the mountain. He was knowledgeable, kind, and concerned about our safety. We were able to get ample great photos of the sunset over the ocean, and moonrise over Table Mountain. I couldn't recommend it more!

The sunset hike is amazing a must do in Cape Town. It is a good level of challenge without being too strenuous and a nice warm-up if you plan to do Table Mountain. Our guide Kurt was excellent at maintaining a good pace for the group, watching out for everyone, and pointing out some viewpoints and landmarks as we went up. You get a wonderful 360 view from the top to watch the sun set over the sea! 100% recommend

Highly recommend, we had the best time with Kurt, who was so friendly, informative, professional and an excellent photographer! Everything was timed to perfection, with the views before, during and after sunset all incredible, with some excellent stargazing too!

We did the sunset hike to the Lion’s Head. It was a great way to see the many different areas of Cape Town from a high vantage point. The views were stunning! Kurt was an exceptional guide, told us a lot about Cape Town, the hiking trail. It was quite windy on that day and he took care of all of us, made sure we were safe. He also offered me a jacket, which was so sweet and caring! He timed the hike well to ensure the best sunset views, he took us to a perfect quiet spot to enjoy it, with a cup of hot tea which he thoughtfully brought with him for the hike. He was a great photographer too! The other people on the hike were really nice too. This hike is suitable for people with an average fitness level. Thanks for the great memories Kurt! An amazing hike with people from different countries around the world, featuring stunning views from the top of the mountain. I would like to give a special thanks to our guide, Kurt, who accommodated the needs and requests of each of us, took care of us, and watched over us throughout the hike. He also tried to take pictures of us during the process whenever he had the chance, and I think that's a great contribution to our memories of the trip to South Africa! Kurt is a really wonderful and energetic guide who takes care that you safely hike up and down! I did the Lion’s Head Sunset and it was stunning. Kurt was quick to analyse people’s skills to set a comfortable pace for everybody. He is thoughtful on keeping the group together, including breaks and giving photo opportunities. Shy solo travellers, this is a great tour for you, Kurt is always on the look for a great view and kindly offers to take pictures of and for you. I was travelling in Cape Town by myself, and didn't feel comfortable hiking Lion's Head solo (which I'm glad I did not, even before it became extremely foggy). This hike was great. Tariq was a fantastic guide - gave great background and was very helpful while members of the group were nervous. I would absolutely go on another hike with Tariq.

Everything was organised very smoothly and our guide Idrees was a really nice guy. I am not super fit but thanks to all the carefully selected break times a story telling, I managed to get to the top and back, no problem. The morning we went was very very windy, Idress did well to check in on all of us constantly and make sure we were comfortable. Once we got to the top the view was amazing. The sunrise and the clouds over table mountain - stupendous grandeur.

Exhilarating trip up Lions Head. The guides were awesome. It’s expensive for a family of 4 but absolutely worth it ! Our Guide, Kurt kept us safe snd on the right track and we felt in control all the time. Great facts, tips and conversation too. Thoroughly recommend this trip !
