It was great and fun! George is an amazing teacher. Besides cooking, he also shared with us the history behind each dish and drink. The vibe was great too!

My son and I took the cooking class to learn how to make the popular Peruvian dishes and drink. George did not disappoint! His bright personality and knowledge kept us hooked the entire time. He was able to guide us through the recipes step by step with ease, including stories of the dish and Peruvian culture. We thoroughly enjoyed George and the cooking class. I highly recommend this experience to get to know the culture first hand. We loved the small intimate group setting allowing us to get to know each other and ask questions. Take this class! This cooking class was so fun! Lucho was a great instructor. He was very energetic, great at answering questions, and encouraging when we made small mistakes. This was certainly worth the time, and I left very full after enjoying all the recipes we made.

This was truly a delightful tasting journey. A true taste of Peruvian food with a history its origin. The tastes of our dishes the spices , they stayed separate yet played harmoniously in my mouth. And the fish , so fresh yes jumped in the boat this morning and we ate it this afternoon. I loved it.

This experience was more than we expected, such a fun activity while visiting Lima for the first time. Lucho and his crew are exceptional.

I am so glad I choose this specific class to attend. The chef who instructed us was very professional and I enjoyed learning from him. The location was great and clean. It was a very enjoyable experience. George is the best cooking teacher that I have met so far. Very professional but he also tells you a lot about the Peruvian culture and on top of it he is the most charismatic and funny person!

This was my first cooking class, and it was wonderful! George and Cami had everything set up for us, and worked hard behind the scenes while we enjoyed our meals. The food was delicious and George had some fun stories and we laughed a lot. Highly recommend! Just note, the cooking class takes place on the top floor of the Saha restaurant/bar. I had a hard time finding it and had to ask, hehe.

Amazing experience, very passionate chefs and they made you have confidence in your own skills. Highly recommended for groups or solo as I was alone and didn’t feel excluded.

I highly recommend this cooking course. We made three things: Chicken Causa, Pisco Sour and Ceviche. All were very tasty! The ingredients tasted fresh and it was interesting to learn the process behind each of them. Our teacher Camila was amazing. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us at the right moments and made the whole experience very enjoyable.

I knew I wanted to take a cooking class in Peru, as Peruvian cuisine has long been a favorite for me—but I didn’t know how much fun it would be! I had a blast at this experience, our chef George was so lively and fun! He truly made the experience memorable with his fun facts; hilarious stories, and several rounds of Pisco shots at the end! No need to worry if you have dietary restrictions, the entire menu can be customized based on your request, which I appreciated. I signed up for this towards the beginning of my time in Peru, and I’m so glad I did. I’m sure they do hundreds of these classes each month, but to me as an individual traveler, it’s a memory I’ll cherish forever. Thank you, George and Saha team!

I almost never write reviews, but this experience was incredible! George was so lovely and fun, we learned a lot, made some great food and even did a few pisco shots at the end! Do NOT pass this experience up next time you’re in Lima! Thank you again, George!
