Allyson was superb; very knowledgeable and answered a variety of questions. She is also fun and funny, bringing stories to life, not just dry facts. We loved the flexibility of the private tour. It was clear that Allyson is highly regarded by the greetings she received at various sites. Highly recommended tour.

The most memorable part of the tour beside the beautiful city was the wealth of knowledge our tour guide shared with us about the area, history and culture of peru/ lima. I would absolutely recomend our tour and especially the guide to any one visiting Lima.

Joselyn was a lovely tour guide, very knowledgeable and charming. The tour covers the historic centre and a bohemian neighbourhood - so a good contrast. Catching the public bus was fun. It was a perfect impression of Lima.

We had a large group (12). Viator recommended a private car for 130USD. We declined and opted for public transportation as the tour was advertised. Jocelyn met us at our hotel in Miraflores and took us on a bus to Barranco, then on another bus to the city center. We saw the main squares, cathedrals, the presidential palace, and walked down Jiron de la Union (a pedestrian shopping street). She offered good information about the sites, some history, and a glimpse of the contemporary Peruvian political environment. I thought we would be finished in the city center, but she accompanied us back to Miraflores on another bus. I’m not sure how the private car would have been incorporated into a walking tour, but we were pleased with our decision.

The guide was pleasant but not knowledgeable, and if she was she didn't share it. I have to imagine Peru has a pretty rich history and culture. We did dot hear any of this.We have been on hundreds of walking tours around the world and this one was the worst. No stories, history, or back stories. My wife and I would not recommend this tour at all.

Great trip, Jorge was really knowledgeable of the area and flexible to change the route. Definitely will recommend it. Riding the local bus system was a nice treat. Especially a packed Metropolitano.

David was very friendly and patient all the time si nce we were busy doing Pictures. He know alot of the past of the city which was very interesting. If you book the walk tour like we did, take some confortable shoes

Jorge was wonderful. We were only in Lima for a day before heading on to Cusco, and our guide helped us make the most of it. We visited Lovers Park in Miraflores and the Bridge of Sighs in Barranco. We also got to watch the rehearsal for some of the Independence Day celebrations at the Governor’s Palace. We tasted chocolates and Pisco. The people of Lima are lovely and friendly and Jorge was extremely knowledgeable about his country and city. He took great photos of my wife and I and knew right where to go to get the great shots. We highly recommend him.

In November 2019 I had a tour with Julio, and now I can say that it was my best sightseeing tour in the year. Julio is a nice guide/buddy, and this tour is very well organized. Julio picked me up by calling me to my room at the hotel front desk exactly at 9:00AM. During the tour we saw many places of Lima, including the local market, the historic center, Parque de la Muralla and Barranco District. Julio knows every aspect of Lima transportation system, so we were able to move between important places quickly and without traffic jams. The tour took 4 hours, and they were action-packed hours. You won't be able to finish early and in fact you will be a little exhausted after the tour. I recommend that you take this particular sightseeing tour and another tour outside of Lima. While this is a good tour, there is a lot places you need to see outside of Lima in Peru.

We had a wonderful time with Josie. She walked us through all the right spots and their history. Allowed for alterations to tour. "Oh, you want to look at that. Sure."

Excellent tour with a guide that gave us so much information about Lima. We asked if it was possible to see changing of the guard which was then included in our tour.

I took this tour because I had only one day in Lima and I wanted to discover as much as possible with an experienced guide so I could see and learn as much as possible. My guide was Julio Molina and he was simply exceptional!! He had so much knowledge it was incredible. He was also kind, flexible and very accommodating! Seriously, if your guide is Julio, trust me you're going to have the best tour ever! We went from the historic centre, to the local food market; saw the authentic life of Limeños and the more touristical Barranco; we had passion fruit cold brew and empanadas; and we were lucky enough to witness a celebration of people from Cusco for San Esteban, which Julio kindly accepted we watch. Indeed, he never rushed me about time and allowed me to ingest all the culture and food at my own pace. Can't give enough compliments about Julio and the tour he gave me. It's worth every penny!
