If you are only in Lima for a short time, take this tour. I couldn't imagine a more comprehensive highlight tour of Lima than what we experienced. Our tour guide, Leonardo was everything you want in a tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and provided information that ranged from a sweeping history of Peru's battle for independence to details about art work we saw throughout the city. He was also so thoughtful and accommodating of everyone in the group. The lunch we had was traditional Peruvian food and it was excellent. We had the best of both worlds with this tour, the privileges of being guided by someone who knew the best way to present Lima, with all of the accommodations being arranged for you, and experiences that made you feel like you were a local who knew the best place to get fruit at the marketplace. We never felt rushed and everything happened just as described. They were on time for pick up and both drivers we had were so polite. This tour was worth every penny.

What an amazing trip this was - from start to finish! We managed to see all highlights of Lima and taste various flavors as well. Pamela was our guide and she was extremely knowledgeable, She was also a good photographer. I strongly recommend this company and tour - we were only 7 people- so a small group yet enough people to have a good conversation as well. I wish Larco museum could also be part of the highlights, but I could live without it.

The tour was an amazing way to see all of the highlights of Lima. Aura was so pleasant, personable as well as very learned on the history and the culture of all of the different areas we went to in Lima. I would highly recommend this tour - I was traveling solo but ended up with a charming group of people on my tour and had an awesome guide in Aura. It was a great day!

We liked seeing the open market and the historical district. Our guide was very friendly and helpful. It was also interesting to see the fishing area and the fresh fish. The lunch was very tasty! The drivers were both great and navigated us through the city and to the airport with minimal usage of the car horn, which was no small task. Definitely would recommend this tour!

It was a great way to explore Lima and learn more about the history and unique culture within the city! Aura was a great and knowledgeable guide and answered all our questions! It was an incredible experience overall!

Everything was memorable, beginning with the iconic hotel visit, the square right in front, the changing of the guard, the visit to the catacombs, the amazing lunch, and Pamela’s extensive, knowledgeable, and detailed explanations of everything we saw including the bohemian neighborhoods.

Renzo was the best! He made the tour really fun and knew intimate information about some of the places we visited. I finished the our time with a food tour (at this time it was just the two of us). He seemed excited to share his culture and its food! Great time all around!!

The tour was great! Aura our tour guide was very knowledgeable and showed us very interesting places. The lunch at the local market was amazing really delicious! The views of the Park of Love were breathtaking really enjoyed the walks around everywhere.

We only had one day in Lima and we wanted to make the most of it so we booked the Lima Highlights tour. It was fantastic! They picked us up in a comfortable van, it was a small group which was really nice, our guide was super knowledgeable and informative and we saw and learned a lot about the beautiful city and its history. And they were super flexible picking us up in Miraflores but dropping us off at the airport! And when I realized I left my water bottle in the van they were nice enough to meet me at the airport when I was flying through and give it to me. I highly recommend this tour operator.

An excellent day touring Lima with Aura our guide and Sterling the driver. We got a great insight into the city, its history and culture and saw the key landmarks. Aura was exceptional, her subject knowledge was outstanding and it was delivered in both an interesting and entertaining way. We thoroughly enjoyed the packed day, had a nice lunch in a traditional Peruvian Restaurant and finished at the coffee museum for a very tasty Cappuccino. We have travelled worldwide extensively and Aura, we have to say, was one of the best tour guides we’ve had anywhere. We would highly recommend the tour and most certainly Aura.

Lima can be disorienting especially after a long flight. Aura was an exceptional guide that kept us on a well paced and all inclusive tour through a number of neighborhoods. She is very knowledgeable of Lima and Perú. You will experience many neighborhoods and an introduction to Peruvian foods. Groups are limited to no more than six and there were two on our tour. If this is your first trip to Lima I would suggest this as your first excursion to get a thorough introduction - it is in depth, goes at a reasonable pace and you don’t get left alone for an hour or more - the guide is with you the entire time. It was the best tour I have been in around the world post COVID.

We had a great time with MP and Ernesto getting to know the highlights of Lima. Our guides were highly professional - MP’s engaging personality and excellent English with Ernesto’s skillful driving made for a perfect day out in the city. We only had only one day in Peru but MP’s knowledgeable explanations of history and culture ensured we got the most out of it and definitely left us keen to return to spend more time in this amazing country.

Aura was our tour guide and Sterling was our driver. There were only 2 of us on the tour today, which was great. I was picked up from my airbnb right on time, in a comfortable and luxury SUV. From the beginning to end, Aura was an amazing! She was very kind, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. She was patient and so considerate especially when we needed to take breaks or take pictures. We even took a break to get ice cream at one point! I loved every part of our tour, especially the historical center and the fruit market. I booked this tour because I only had one day in Lima due to my tight travel schedule, and it did not disappoint. I'd definitely recommend Aura as a tour guide to family and friends. Jean Paul gave an amazing tour filled with humour and interesting facts. This is a great way to see city highlights, stress free and minimal planning required. We were picked up at our hotel and driven to each point of interest. We had been in Lima for a few days prior but it was nice having a guide to go into detail about the things we had already seen or were about to see. Our guide was also extremely efficient at getting us into places without waiting in the long lines. We had gone over Holy Week which meant large crowds and lines. Our wait times were minimal and we were never rushed. I highly recommend this tour, especially at the start of your trip as you can go back to the places you found interesting! Our guide also gave us several pointers and recommendations for the rest of our trip which is always a great bonus of these tours.
