Driver was waiting for us in arrivals; very polite. Very comfortable ride - the back seats even recline! Definitely recommend. Initially I wasn’t too sure when looking at google adverts which company to pick - but this one was superb . Pick up from hotel was as smooth as arrival

This was a trip booked with Kos Activities & Aegeas Travel DMC who were excellent & our driver for pick up and drop off was professional and courteous. The water park was great fun & although it was very quiet due to it being near the end of the holiday season we enjoyed not having to queue. The slides were great and there are clear signs about the ‘rating’ of each one so you can assess whether it’s suitable for you. We particularly liked the lazy river. The wave pool was extreme and so we would advise caution before going in (perhaps watch it first?) That said after the first go we were more prepared and able to enjoy it twice after the first go. Lockers are available to use for €5 with €3 returned when we handed the key back. There are plenty of food options and all very reasonably priced. We had a couple of gyros with soft drinks which cost €13.60 & these were excellent value given the size of the portions & quality. We would recommend a visit to the water park and definitely recommend booking through this company who kept us posted with updates via WhatsApp messages.

Abysmal from start to finish - booked on the Sunday for the following Tuesday. The operator contacted us less than 24 hours before we were supposed to go to say they couldn't do that day, so we rearranged our plans to go on the Wednesday (even though this meant that a lot of the attractions in Kos were closed on the Tuesday)... was told to wait outside a hotel (not ours, even though ours was on the list and we later found out on the route, they wouldn't collect us from our hotel). We messaged to check whether we should stand outside the hotel and was told to wait in a completely different place. The minibus turned up and the driver said it wasn't for us and drove off. We immediately contacted the tour operator who told us it was meant to be for us and the driver had the wrong list (presumably because they hadn't moved our booking from the Tuesday to the correct day). Absolutely terrible, poor communication, poor customer service from start to finish... would avoid at all costs - shoddyest operator we've used in over 15 years of travel to Greece

IT was a gratis experienc and also a very nice trip the offer was so great. Would do it again. would book it again was a great day. Transfer great as well as the rest.

Lovely water park, quiet and no queues. Food was good value and quality. Definitely need to book the transfer which was efficient and good times

It was so quiet that there was an abundance of sunbeds, no waiting to get on the slides or lazy river and all in all it was an extremely enjoyable experience for my daughter's first time visiting a water park.

I bought tickets with transfers only to be told there are no transfers, beware! i had to spend €40 each way. Customer service is awful, they told me I was lying! The water park itself was great.

The admission & transfer was great. The waterpark is average compared to other waterparks we've been to, as there aren't many mid size slides for the more water-confident kids. It's a good day out. The main negative is the staff at the snack bar/restaurant; they're not very organised in terms of serving customers in order of ordering their food, and pretty dismissive when asked after 45 minutes where my simple ham/cheese toastie was! my daughter had finished her meal, well before me. They need supervising properly to give a good customer service.

Lovely little water park that wasn’t too busy for the time of year. Plenty of sun beds, pools and slides were clean and enjoyable

The park is small but nice. The reception staff however are rude and unhelpful. Wouldn’t go again because of this!! Food and drink was also really expensive at the water park

Not the biggest, but hardly any queuing for time of year. and enough to do, easily enough for the whole day. Food reasonably priced We didn't do the transfer as wouldn't have got there until after 11.00 and some transfers leave around 14.00-15.00. We took a taxi and got there for 10.00 and left at closing time 18.00 We had a great day.

The best thing about this water park is the FREE bus. How ever once there the staff are unwelcoming & inexperienced. The water looks disgusting and quite frankly take shower gel with you as you’ll need to wash off after.

The excursion itself was great. Pick up and drop off smooth. Trying to find out what time the bus was picking us up was an absolute nightmare. Tried all day to contact them via phone without any joy. Spent time on live chat also. Finally got a time via email but only within 12 hours before we were due to leave for the water park. . Speaking to another bus passenger on our bus travelling there, he had the same experience.

Great service, staff brilliant and very efficient. Collected at exactly the time they said and waterpark was great craic with very short lines. Wave pool was terrifying though!

We organised our trip using trip advisor. Family of 4 we got contacted by WhatsApp to arrange collection by local supplier which was a pleasant experience. Upon arrival at the water park, we got a map and found free sunbeds quite easy. The ground got quite hot during the day, so we were blessed we brought swim shoes with the rubber sole to protect from burning the feet. The line for the slides that need rings get very long very quick but we passed this by using the slides that use the mats The frustration came when we attempted to get food at the main restaurant. Firstly there are no instructions on how the ordering works and no signs to que for a table. We ordered for 4 people, got half of the order for two and only the chips for the other two with the main burgers missing After waiting and seeing other tables getting their food first we asked twice about our remaining food and were not met with friendly manner. Over 20 minutes later when half were finished good the other burgers arrived and were not even the correct ones. Ordering at the snack bar, there is only one member of staff, which makes ordering one drink pointless as it alone took 15 mins For high season, this does not make sense and is a reason I would not recommend this place.

The water park itself was really good. Great slides and wave pool. However the bus was 30 minutes late to pick up on the way there and then that one was full so we had to wait another 10 minutes for the second one. The transfer was fine one we’d gotten on the bus it was just a pain having to wait out in the heat for so long

Spent the day here while staying close by in Mastichari. We got a taxi to the park but we were literally 20 mins walk away. I booked online as it was cheaper, it also means you don't have to queue, as a lady had pur booking on a list👍 My kids are 16 and 11 and loved it. The Water Park is clean, wasn't overly busy, and has plenty to keep the kids entertained. There were more than enough sunbeds and lockers were only €3 for the day. We ate at the food place near the younger kids play area. We order a pizza each but were shocked at the size, one was more than enough for two people! Luckly they gave us a take away box and the pizza was finshed later on. Great day all round. We stayed for 6 hours 😃

Great trip and really enjoyed it. Not really scary rides but a great day out and not too busy like some other water parks have been.
