My wife and I got to experience a tour of Libearty Bear Sanctuary and Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle). Alex was so good about communicating with us prior to picking us up. He showed up early and was already at our hotel when we walked out. Alex was such a great driver and so knowledgeable. The entire day felt like hanging out with an old friend. His music playlist was incredible. The Libearty Bear Sanctuary was the highlight of our time in Romania. It was like Jurassic Park but with bears and wolves. It was such an incredible time and the beauty of Romania was incredible. The thing I loved most about Bran Castle was not the actual castle but the storks and their nests on top of chimney's in this little town. It was so mind blowing to see. Highly would recommend doing this adventure and hopefully you are lucky enough to get Alex as your guide.

I took this trip in April with Alex and it was an incredible experience. The whole trip was planned perfectly and went very smooth. Alex insisted on an early start in order to avoid the traffic, to get to the bear sanctuary on time, since they have only 2 slots for visitors in the whole day. He even called the hotel in advance to get them to pack my breakfast to go, so we could be on time. As a result, we even reached the Draculas Castle well in advance before the crowds got there, and I had lots of time to visit and take pictures. The bear sanctuary was a unique experience seeing the bears up close, and the castle was lovely as well. Alex was a wonderful guide and on the way back he dropped me off at the city centre and gave me a list of must see attractions around the area. Overall, a highly recommend tour to take.

We had an excellent tour guide in Alex. Spoke great English and got us to events before crowds. Long, but pretty drive from Bucharest to both events. Love the private tour aspect of trip as you visit locations at your our pace. Strongly recommend

Honestly, I thought it would be pretty boring, but never in my mind would I have thought the amazing adventure we are embarking on. Romania is a very beautiful country, with lots of incredible landscapes and beautiful nature and wildlife. The Bear Sanctuary was awesome, truly crazy to see massive bears so close to you. Dracula’s castle was also great. The combination of nature sightseeing and historical tour provided a perfect balance for our one day trip. Alex was a wonderful guide and we had a lot of fun in the car.

Great shightseeing. I was highly impressed about the tour itself, the proximity of the places we have visited, representing the overall cultural and natural heritage of Romania. All in such a short trip. Besides, Alex is a very knowlegeable guide and privides you with great tips and tricks.

Myself and two friends did this amazing tour to visit the Libearty Sanctuary in Zanesti and Bran Castle as part of a city break to Bucharest. We all agreed that the tour was the absolute highlight of our trip and I couldn't recommend it more. The tour of the sanctuary in particular is something that will stay with me. We were really lucky to have Alex as our guide, who was truly excellent. Alex has a very easy manner and made us all feel very relaxed and comfortable. Communication ahead of the trip was just right and we knew exactly where and when to meet and when to buy tickets for the sanctuary in advance. It is a long drive there and back, but Alex was a great driver and factored in a short break each way. We also took his recommendations on restaurants and bars in Bucharest and these were some of the best nights we had. Thank you very much!! If you're thinking about doing the tour, don't hesitate.

Our tour was amazing from start to finish.we were a family of 4 and we all really enjoyed it.Alex went above and beyond,he went the extra mile by taking us to peles castle too which was a real bonus and made our trip.His recomendations on things to do and restaraunts were fab too especially on where to eat.He picked us up promplty and our tour ran so smoothly with friendly chat and top tips.It was an amazing day out and made our holiday.no stress picking us up from our hotel and a nice stop on way.Thank you Alex for an amazing day,it was from start to finish one to remember.

What a brilliant tour. We loved the bear sanctuary and, due to exceptionally heavy traffic, Alex suggested Peleş Castle as an alternative to Bran. Peleş Castle was beautiful and so worth the trip. Alex was a wonderful tour guide and very accommodating (including forgiving our lateness). Thank you Alex - we hope to visit Bucharest again to do another tour.

I can't recommend this tour highly enough! Alex had excellent communication prior to the trip, letting my partner and I know exactly where we would be picked up from and what we would need for the day. There was a lot of driving, which Alex took in his stride, and he was lovely company and was very flexible in terms of our needs and preferences. The Sanctuary and Castle were extremely interesting and the tour was well worth the money - a fantastic day out, which included a stop off for some excellent Romanian food (the price was not covered by the tour cost but was so reasonably priced and delicious, we were happy to pay!)

Bear sanctuary was great and we are happy we went it’s a very worthwhile organisation. But the rate the castle a 2 it’s no different to any other medieval fortress and it shares no history about Vlad the impaler 3.5 hours to get there 1 hour to line up just to get into the castle. it’s very crowded and 20 minutes there is plenty. It is however a very nice town so just the the Sanctuary and lunch
