This tour was a great sampling of western NY staples with some sweets sprinkled in. Our tour guide, Rita, gave us some wonderful historical insights of the area and we really enjoyed the town! Highly recommend this tour!

Awesome tour. It started with a delicious haystack sandwich at the Silo and went on with great samplings all afternoon. I loved just walking down the Main Street of Lewiston with all the beautiful flowers and buildings. The amazing and heartfelt tour of the town made it even better. Rita was a genuine delight. She interspersed a number of historical vignettes throughout our journey of Lewiston's cuisine. Our group approached this particular endeavor with a bit of skepticism yet we came away thoroughly impressed and delighted by the entire experience. The advent of an afternoon monsoon failed to damper our spirits or Rita's exuberance. Truly a worthwhile, highly recommended excursion.

I have taken this tour before. Once with girlfriends, once with a college group of students and yesterday with family that was in town for a wedding. What an awesome experience. The day was simply incredible. History, walk through beautiful Lewiston, 6 stops to enjoy food and drink samplings from local establishments. There was nothing not to love. The price is worth every penny. It provided us with a whole afternoon to enjoy our family in a fun and unique way. Have had Chris for a guide on previous tours and had Rita this time. Both are incredible! Highly recommend and want to do the cocktail tour next time! Thanks for making a fun family memory but us all.

The tour was fantastic! Such a fun way to get to know the town of Lewiston and it's history. Our tour guide was full of great information and energetic and fun! The food was delicious and I would highly recommend this to any of my friends and family. The mile high pie was my favorite!

We visited 6 restaurants and ALL 6 were locally owned and delicious - I could not pick a favorite! We left full and our guide, Rita was great!

This is a great activity for adults. We did a private tour with Rita and it was great. The food choices were good and she was very knowledgeable about the town. If I came back I would like to try the cocktail tour. I would certainly recommend this.

G did a great job touring us through Lewiston, tasting some lovely dishes, and ensuring history buffs like my husband and I were learning something new. Husband still can't stop talking about the Haystack, but those Tuna nachos were great. Would totally recommend to locals as well as travelers like ourselves.

our tour guide Johnny was excellent, I wish the haystack was a larger portion same with the biscotti and I did not realize coffee was really the only option at one of the stops but the other 2 food stops had good portions and the other dessert was also a good portion and everything was delicious

First off, Lewiston is a beautiful and quaint small town just up the road from Niagara Falls. Loved the combination of sampling delicious local fare while exploring the town and learning of its history! Returned to one of the restaurants that evening for dinner and used the 10% off coupon from the tour. Great deal for our group of 6!

Being able to travel from restaurant to restaurant with a guide that was knowledgeable of the location and its history was a great experience this is the first time we have taken a food tour and we hope to do it many more times after this. It was especially interesting to hear about the local history that happened during the days of the Underground Railroad. Thank you so much for an enriching experience!

My husband and I have been on several food tours in different States and this was by far the best! The food was fantastic and our guide Rita was even better. We learned so much about the area and had a great time with the other people on our tour. I would suggest this tour for anyone likes to eat and learn. We would go again if in the area!

We loved this tour. My husband and I were fortunate to be the only two guests signed up for our tour, so we enjoyed the extra attention and the extra time to chat with our guide, restaurant staff, and even fit in a little shopping in town. All the food and drinks were delicious - we ended up going back to Lewiston two days later to revisit a few of our favorite stops and get some more goodies. We are so glad that we found this tour; we would not have visited Lewiston if we hadn't signed up for the tour and now we're already planning our trip back. A decent little amount of walking is involved, but we enjoyed that aspect of it. Rita was our guide and she was so knowledge and personable; she made the trip that much more fun. Can't recommend this tour enough. I highly recommend scheduling this tour towards the beginning of your trip if you're in the area for a few day.

We started off at the Silo with a ridiculously large but oh, so delicious sandwich. That sandwich was followed by a rigorous walk uphill. Luckily, our tour guide stopped halfway up so we could catch our breath. The rest of the walk was leisurely and informative. I've done many food bites tours locally and when travelling. I love them because you get to sample from many different places without committing to a full meal. However, the history is by far my favorite part and the Lewiston tour did not disappoint!
