My very first cooking experience in Italy was initiated with this professional chef. I loved that we learnt to cook with her but also that she gave us really good tips on product to chose and tips to perfect the meal. Was enjoyable & informative

We really enjoyed the cooking class with her. She explained from recipe to Italian culture in depth and we became more interested in learning more. We made focaccia, gnocchi, and cantucci and they were all great!

The chef was great in teaching us different ways to cook using italian food as the base. What we cooked was great and we al enjoyed eating it at the end of the course. Realy recommend this to others to learn about the italuan food culture and to learn new techniques. Overall a great evening where we met a group of nice people interested in food from different parts of the world.

Great experience overall! We had a great time preparing fresh gnocchi, tagliatelle, and tiramisu, and eating them of course. 3 sauces for gnocchi and tagliatelle were already prepared by the chef. The lesson is for basic knowledge, nothing advanced/professional. Recipes and secrets were shared after the lesson. Coffee, tea, snacks, and wine were served!

We had a great time. The class was small enough to learn and be intimate but big enough to meet others visiting and be interactive. Chef and her assistant were amazing and informative and the lesson was fun and the food was great. Highly recommend!

Chef Ilaria was a wonderful host alongside her colleague. A great way to spend an evening in Milan learning to cook 3 Italian dishes, our menu was Parmigiana, Gnocchi and Biscotti Met some wonderful fellow chefs from Germany, Paris and USA and enjoyed eating with them the food we made together. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes to have a lovely, well taken care of dinner. The chef spoke clear English and was professional and friendly. She joked a bit, which made it very relaxed. Last but not least, the food we made was delicious!

My friend and I had a great time learning how to cook, the Italian way! We were lucky to only have 2 other people in the class so it was an intimate setting. I loved it!

I loved learning how to cook a few Italian dishes from scratch! The chef was very knowledgeable and patient and she had a great sense of humor. I highly reccomend this class if you are looking for something fun to do in Milan!

Wonderful experience for my 17 year old son, husband and me! Small group of 15 collectively cooked an appetizer, main course and dessert. Made and rolled our own gnocchi! Great excursion for our last night in Milan. Thank you!

I really enjoyed Chef Ilaria’s style. She is high-energy but relaxed, and fostered a warm an open classroom environment. Class was very hands on, so I feel like I learned and experienced the principles. The food we made was delicious, and I enjoyed chatting with my new friends- this is a bit unlike me, I am very much an introvert, but there was something very relaxed and natural about cooking and eating together.

I made a cooking class reservation for January 20 in Bellagio thru Lake Como Experiences. They were very helpful in providing info on the ferry schedules. Our chef was Anna and we had a fabulous experience. We made our bolognese, fresh tagliatelle, and tiramisu. Anna is a great teacher and lovely person. So nice, kind, and caring. Good red wine was ours as we tasted our food. Excellent!!! I will use lake Como Experiences again and will book Anna again. Janet A.
