Excellent zip lining experience, very well organized and maintained. We also did the atv which was a lot of fun, the only thing is they make you sign an agreement that your are responsible of any damage to atv, I feel like there should be insurance on the atv

First time going here and went with my family. Overall, the zip lining course was great better than the one we did in Lake Tahoe. one of the zip lines was long and we went fast. Raphael and his crew were great. I highly recommend this place.

I am not a fan of heights, high bridges, high things in general. I booked this for my children who chose it as the preferred activity. From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly, informative, and jovial. We joked and laughed and it made the experience that much easier. I decided to do this to conquer my fear and it worked. The staff explained the best way to cross the bridges and encouraged me to battle through. They were also patient when I questioned my desire to follow through. There was no pressure, just understanding and positive vibes. The course was just the right amount of challenging. I will definitely be doing this again.

Great experience, five zip lines each with increasing difficulty. To add to the fun a few suspension bridges too. The staff was extremely helpful and well organized. I like the fact that they weee sanitizing the helmets and the harness at the end of the 1.5 hour sip line experience.

Such a fun place. My family and I arrived from a Carnival cruise and had to find taxi. I have 4 kids ranging from 9-16 years old and they all enjoyed themselves. A few of the suspension bridges my 9yr old was too short for, so he had to walk the trail, but he still enjoyed it. Concessions at the end was super cheap! Loved the staff. Wet friendly and professional. If you want to take photos, make sure to take some sort of phone case to wear around your neck! I would definitely recommend this place!

The zip lines and bridges are great. Personnel was amazing. Location is beautiful. They have wonderful parking and bathrooms next to the canopy/zip lining is perfect.

Group of 4 adults on a cruise to Ensenada. My wife and I had been to Las Canadas Canopy Tours twice before and were excited for our friends to join us in the adventure. Since we wanted to be sure our day didn't end up with us running toward a departing cruise ship we booked our trip for the four of us through Ensenada Excursions and Tours (for more information on their service, which I highly recommend, see my review on the Tripadvisor page for their service). Las Canadas is a very professional adventure operator with a great staff. Five zip line runs and five suspension bridges of various configurations will provide an amazing hour (+ or-) of adrenaline and awesome views. We were attended to by Edwin, Everardo and Edwin who were amazing. They attended to our needs and were cheerful the entire tour. They spent time to explain the safety equipment, which was first rate, and gave tips to negotiate the hanging bridges. Our experiences here have always been amazing, and we recommend the Zip Line Canopy Tour for anyone wanting to enjoy an adventure.

This canopy tour was amazing! Our guides, Edwin and Ernesto, were so kind, helpful, and made our experience so fun and enjoyable. They made sure we were safe while having a good time! If you’re visiting Ensenada you need to check this tour out. They have a variety of ziplines, bridges, and stairs if you’re not too fond of the bridges, like me. The staff made sure we were ready and gave us water and advice about where to go in town. Amazing views and instructors, but I would recommend Edwin Lima, he kept things lighthearted and interesting as we made our way through the course.

Definitely making this place an annual family trip. Our zip line guides, Angel and Edwin, were amazing. I can’t wait to go back.

The campus that the zip line is located on is beautiful. It's also worth exploring for other activities. The drive once you cross the border is not too far. The check-in process was easy and all the staff was friendly. During the time that we checked in we observed the technicians checking each of the zip lines and platforms by running through them themselves, and that was very reassuring to us. The technicians assigned to us placed us in our gear and ensured that the fit was correct. They doubled checked each other and explained all parts of our equipment to us and what it was used for. They took all questions and went over the process of zip-lining twice. They told us about the route and what to expect. When we navigated each level they checked our gear each time for security and talked us through the best way to navigate. They calmed any fears and gave us alternative routes if it got to be too much. There was no language barrier because the main technician spoke very good English. They took amazing photos and videos for us and shared them via WhatsApp. Don't hesitate to do this activity it was fun and exhilarating, well worth the money spent.

Lots of fun for all ages and sizes! The cruise ship would not accept kids under 10 years of age. Had no issues when we booked here and no issues at the zip line.
