Truly awful!! The volcano park is worth a visit but I’d advise you not to go on this trip. It’s a tourist trap at its worst. I’d booked it because I thought you had 3 hours at the volcano park to properly view the landscape. The reality was that you got 20 minutes of demonstrations before you were put back on the bus and driven around. This meant that you could only view the scenery from one side of the coach while classical music was played at high volume. There was then a 10 minute wine tasting, a stop for lunch at an awful cafe, (the one next to the wine tasting place looked lovely but presumably not enough commission to stop there?), and then half an hour at an “Aloe Vera” museum which was reasonably interesting. Final stop was 20 minutes at the “green lake” which was actually brown that day? It felt as if you were herded from one place to another and I regret wasting a day of my holiday on this. My advice would be to see the volcanos another way.

We took a day trip from Calete de Fueste to Lanzarote to see the volcanic national park. It didn’t disappoint. Not only did we experience the wonder of the volcanic activity in the area, we also learned about the production of aloe Vera products and were able to taste some local wine. It was a wonderful day!

The trip was bit too short. The guide didn’t give much information on the history of the island. The wine tasting is a joke - we got just a few drops of one type of wine. I wouldn’t book this excursion again. The best part was certainly the mind blowing views of Lanzarote.

Great trip, very well run. really had a great day and the tour guide was fantastic Would recmoend it to all. The volcano stuff was amazing and I loved that green lagoon.

It is nice to see the place (Lanzarote), although there is absolutely no chance to see much of the park ,only through the glass of a coach. It is rushed and very superficial tour.

We spent a lot of time collecting people from different places before the ferry. The actual tour in Lanzarote lasted about 5 hours. The Timanfaya park was amazing, great experience for a life-time. Unfortunately Hervideros cliffs was left out. There was no notice about this. This was a dissapointment. Anyway I think there is no other way to see more in such a short time. I am happy to take this tour. It was worth the money.

A very nice staff Team, dedicated to their job and their customer tourists, able to show 100% of what is offered in their company's offer. Thanks to that I will remember many details of the trip.

Purtroppo l'attività non la posso recensire perché non l'ho mai fatta, dal momento che non ci sono mai venuti a prendere. Siccome non ricevo informazioni sull'ora precisa per il pick up provo ad inviare un messaggio (al quale non avrò mai risposta) e telefonare più volte (sempre senza ricevere risposta). Come ultima spiaggia decido di chattare col servizio clienti, il quale non ha saputo darmi una risposta. Risultato: abbiamo aspettato 2 ore fuori dall'hotel che passassero a prenderci, ma niente

Au départ, visite guidée prévue en anglais et sur place, on avait un guide francophone... Circuit très bien organisé, paysage magnifique...

Excursion très sympa ! On y apprend plein de choses, et on assiste même à des expériences ! Les paysages sont magnifiques, la guide était géniale, le chauffeur aussi, que dire de plus, je recommande !

Bei uns hat alles super geklapp. Wir wurden pünktlich von unserem Hotel abgeholt und kamen auch pünktlich in Lanzarote an. Leider hatte man beim ersten Stopp nur 15 min Zeit. Ansonsten hat alles super geklappt und ich würde es jedem empfehlen.

Kommunikation mit dem Veranstalter funktionierte tadellos, klare Absprache wann man sich wo trifft (in meinem Falle war keine Abholung vom Hotel möglich). Während der Reise gab es immer freundliche Ansprechpartner, ausführliche Informationen und klare Anweisungen. Eng gestecktes Programm, durch das man durchgeschleust wird. Kurze definierte Zeiten um Bilder zu machen. Die Tour über den Vulkan und durch das Naturschutzgebiet ist super interessant. Die "Weinverkostung" ... man hat die Wahl zwischen einem kleinen Gläschen trockenen Weißwein oder einem süßen ... Weinlikör. Naja "Weinverkostung" ist da schon etwas hoch gegriffen. Hier hat man auch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Der Halt an dem Aloeveramuseum ... naja kurze interessante Vorführung wie man mit Aleo umgeht und was man damit machen kann... Dann gibt es natürlich ne Möglichkeit die Produkte auch zu kaufen. Letzter Stop am grünen See ist einfach wirklich schön. Dann gehts auch schon wieder zurück . Alles in allem sein Preis wert. Wer allerdings längere Fußtouren oder größere Freiheiten erwartet, ist hier fehl am Platze

Wir haben diesen Ausflug 12 Stunden vorher über's Internet gebucht. Von der Buchung, über den Transfer (Abholung an der Bushaltestelle vor dem RIU Hotel vorn an der Straße) mit der Fähre nach Lanzarote bis hin zur deutschsprachigen Reiseleitung, war alles optimal. Diesen Tagesausflug können wir nur weiter empfehlen!
