Carlos took really good care of me and my friend while I stayed here. We did two excursions ( lovers beach boat tour / glassblowing/ city ) and the ( camel riding). Both of which were fantastic. I highly recommend both if this is your first time in Los Cabos.

Oscar and Rafael were super helpful in planning trips, recommending trips and getting our transit time. Super accommodating and honest in recommendations for excursions. We did the camel and arch tour and our guides on the tour were amazing. Pablo was by far the best camel guru around!

The clear boats where great to see the water and fish below! The staff was amazing and had great customer service!! Oscar worth Sunwings is awesome and so helpful!!

Friendly captain, explanation of where to go and how to get there was great! We got to keep the fish, they prepared them at the marina and a restaurant prepared it for us. 10/10 would recommend this experience!

Very good, Booking was easy and getting to locations needed was smooth. Went deep sea fishing and they got us to where we needed to go.

I had the misfortune of having my airport transfer and excursion planned by Nexus. Upon arrival at the airport, they had us wait for over an hour outside in the heat. They did not have transportation ready for us. Additionally, they charged $60 in extra fees for our excursion. They had poor customer service, hidden fees, and made our experience very negative. I would not recommend them at all.

This tour we bought through Sunwing. I think that the captain and your guide were wonderful. They made sure that our trip was safe. Very helpful to all entering and getting out of the boat. The glass bottom was cool. We were able to see many species of fish. The trip was supposed to offer some water. Also from the description I thought we were going to get time at Lovers Beach but we did not. I was disappointed. Also, the cancellation policy is horrible when you wake up in the morning and know you can't go they charge 15 USD for each person to change the date. Many other operators will do it for cheaper. I think it is just another way for Sunwing to rape customers out of money.

The view was extraordinary, we took so many photos! Our trip advisor, Omar, gave us a super deal! Definitely recommend going to him to book tours, he’s much cheaper and super nice!
