This was the best excursion we have ever been on. Lily and Edmund were incredible. The tour was extremely well organized and we were able to see so much of the beautiful island. Lily took all our family photos to capture the memories for us. The food was great. They made stops so we could take pictures and see different views. The boat ride was so smooth. I could keep going on. If you are to take any tour in St Lucia, make sure to take this one.

Great day and very helpful crew. We first got on a boat and went to gorgeous Sugar Beach to snorkel. Boat ride went around the Pitons, awesome views. Had a great time talking with other guests, tasty lunch then a trip to the waterfall. Our favorite was the sulphur springs, so unique. Want to give a huge thank you to Wycliffe, he took such great care of us!! We enjoyed talking with him as he drove us all over and even a ride to our villa.

Loved how our driver Smally was punctual, very funny, knowledgeable and sincere. He made my bro and I, experience very delightful and enjoyable. The rum punch was extremely delicious and creeper which I love. The drive was long and winedy which was fun for me as it's the same in Trinidad going to maracas. The lunch provided was delicious and flavored. That Caribbean flavour is just flavorful. I would totally recommend this tour☺️

Big Murph was a king. Excellent way to see all of St Lucia’s highlights. Especially loved Sugar Beach. Definitely recommend!

The trip was suppose to be a 6 hour excursion. If I knew it was 2 hours each way. I would not have chosen it. We went on excursion being assured that it would be back in plenty of time for our cruise ship. We had to be on the boat at 430 and we made it back by 4.15. I would have never taken thos excursion if I knew that. We were on The road more then being at the excursion. Nothing we expected. Everyone on the excursion was disappointed and nervous about being back on the boat

When I booked the trip it was a 6 hour event. Did not realize that we would be on the bus 2 hours each way and that we would be back at our cruise ship at 4.15. We had to be on our boat by 430. Most of the people on the tour was on our ship. So it made us all nervous. Was not a good experience.

Whole day fantastic, only spoilt a bit by traffic jams. Smollie the guide and driver was really good and amusing.

Smally was a wonderful guide (he may want to give up his day job and become a stand up comedian). Very friendly and knowledgeable (except for following up on whether mangos can be taken back in to Canada). He picked up and delivered folks at custom spots without a hitch, including different pickup / dropoff for 2 groups). I have traveled Viator multiple times before with varied experiences. This was my best Viator tour by far.

Amazing views of the pitons, waterfall, and sulfur springs! Guides were excellent and very friendly. Not to mention the scuba diving experience with views of tropical fish. I would definitely go back.

Absolutely fantastic day. Great value for money on a full packed day out with food, refreshments and admission fees included. Smalley and Edmund were great tour guides with a great sense of humour.

While on a cruise stop in St Lucia, we (my dad and I) booked a day with Edmund tours. Once off the ship, they were pretty easy to find as clear instructions had been given, along with a phone number to call them in case of any problems. This is were I struggle a bit with the review as we had to wait around 40 minutes in the bus due to a couple of people not showing up. Personally, I think they left it a little too long but also that it was courteous of them to wait so its an awkward situation. Once on the way, I found the tour enjoyable. Our guide was Sylvia and she was great, very informative. Her delivery of jokes may not be the best but that made her even more endearing, she gave it a good go. Unfortunately I can't remember the drivers name but he was also very pleasant. Most of the day is indeed spent on the bus but we were happy with that, getting to see as much of the island as we could in a relatively short time. My dad has mobility issues and all the team (including fellow passengers, thanks) were very helpful. I enjoyed stopping off at a viewing platform where there were stunning views of the islands and few small gift stalls, at least one which took card payments and prices were better than those at cruise terminal. My favourite though was the stop at sugar beach, it is very rocky and uneven at the part sectioned off for snorkelling but the surrounding are amazing and the fish were so colourful and varied. Would love to return one day. The sulphur springs were an experience but it just felt a little too rushed and not relaxing. There are stalls here too but didn't really have time for a look around. Still glad it was included and am thankful for the experience. Waterfall was pretty but as with waterfalls anywhere in the world that are included in tour trips, you don't get to see their true splendour like you would on a lone visit so a little imagination helps here. This tour really does give you a taste of St Lucia but what it really did for me was to make me want to return for an actual holiday on the island and take things at a slower pace. Ps. Going by previous reviews, I have a feeling that smally? (sp?) nice as he is, his tour bus was along side ours, may well ask his tourists to leave him a review mentioning his name. Sylvia didn't do this but deserves equal credit so please be happy to have her as your guide.

This tour was fun while we were on it - the tour guides were all very nice people and the food was fantastic. However, we did not get the tour we were promised. What was supposed to be a 6 hour and 30 min excursion only lasted 4 hours. We were picked up from the hotel at 10:30am and were dropped back off at 2:30. We were not brought to Anse La Raye or the Canaries which was supposed to part of the "sea" tour. We didn't realize we missed it until our taxi driver asked us later that day how long we were on the water for (only 15 min) and he told us we got scammed. We decided to hire another private boat to take us up to see what we missed a couple days later.

We had such a great time! Our driver, Smalley was super informative and helpful. Swimming and snorkeling at sugar beach, mud baths and waterfalls. Superb tour. Very good value for the price!

This was the best part of my trip to St Lucia. Big Marv was so friendly, the whole team was amazing, and the sites we visited were fantastic. We saw so many fish while snorkeling and it was such a magical experience. The boat ride was so fun and seeing the pitons from the water was just incredible. You know what made this perfect? The people! Thank you Big Marv for dropping off my phone back to our hotel after I dropped it in your bus. I’m so sorry for the hassle! Please please everyone book this excursion! Our guide was friendly and knowledgable, the bus was clean and cool. We stopped at a banana plantation- I would have liked to see more variety of plant stages, but was an opportunity to sell us stuff. The boat trip was fantastic, as was the snorkelling, so many fish to underwater. Lunch was tasty, atmosphere in the restaurant local, we loved it Waterfall was crowded but cooling. Mud baths were as described, but again - absolutely rammed but we had fun. Plenty of drinks throughout the day, the guides were attentive and friendly. All in all, we had a great day and felt it was worth the money

Amazing day everything was wonderful. Sylvia was absolutely phenomenal and kept track of us all. It was amazing experience so many things in one tour !!

Speedboat trip, mud bath and waterfall most memorable, least memorable long a travel time on bumpy roads.
