I did a trek with Arun in the area of Yellapetty and had a fantastic time. Arun is an engaging and talented guide who’s able to relate well to people— not to mention a great walker who’s passionate about the mountains and natural heritage. He has an acute eye for details in nature and apart from being knowledgeable, it was interesting to hear his interpretations and insights on various subjects related to tea, history, and Indian society. It was a beautiful trek through the tea plantation villages and a Shola forest that led to a magnificent view of the Western ghats at the top. Thank you Arun, for having been my guide! I’ll remember our conversations and I hope to be back in Munnar again.

Great expierence with an awesome guide! Nice walk through teaplantion and up the hills with great view. Arun shared his knowledge about flora and Fauna and the processing of tea and the people working there. I enjoid our exchange and felt very safe and comfortable! Highly recommended!

What a gem of a guide - Arun is genuinely motivated as well as super knowledgeable about Munnar, the tea plantations as well as the tea factory (I’ve done a hike + tea tour with him). He’s also a good photographer :) (great if you’re travelling by yourself). Highly recommend him!

The Lakshmi trek is a great trek with amazing views! Arun is a great guide with a lot of knowledge to share about tea manufacturing and the history of Munnar. We’ve also hiked with him to Chokramudi peak and would definitely book with him again!

We did the half mountain trek on the first day and the Tea Trial the day after. Arun was simply great. He’s very knowledgeable about Munnar’s history, the tea plantations as well as the tea making process. The views on both tours were breathtaking and it was very helpful to have Arun’s explanations during the visit at the Lockhart tea factory and during the tea tasting. Communication worked great with Arun and he was very flexible to ensure we would do as much as we could in the little time we had in Munnar. Next time we are in Munnar we are definitely going to do another tour with Arun. Must do in Munnar, couldn’t recommend more!

Arun gave our family a wonderful three day experience in Munnar. Our trip would not have been the same without his guidance! We visited the tea plantation and factory. Very interesting and Arun seamlessly facilitated this, jeep transportation and sunset hike following. We also enjoyed two additional days of 3 hour hikes in beautiful Munnar. Arun is a great guide, helps to make your time in Munnar wonderful and relaxing. He is also an extremely nice person! We are grateful. He made our trip amazing!

We went on a trek with him.As a beginner I can say it was a good trek.Apart from a trekker,he is a great photographer so you need not to worry about pics.He brought fruits and snacks also.He is calm and he gives ample amount of time at hills to enjoy and relax. I would suggest everyone to experience trekking atleast with him.Thanks Arun, it was one of the best experience I had in my life with my friends.

The walk was good, with tea plantations bordering us for most of the route. Arun helped everyone feel welcome, keeping the group engaged with details about our surroundings and about Munnar

I loved it! It was a nice experience to explore Munnar hills, tea plantations and nature! The guide was really helpful and told me a lot about the history of tea plantations. He also suggested various techniques which can help me to hike/trek better. Overall awesome experience. The view from the top is worth the effort!
