10/10. Food was amazing and well guided through by our expert tour guide Samantha! Felt fully immersed and as if we was out with friends! If I’m como it’s a must! Thank you Samantha, Tom and Megan.

The tour was just ok. We went to 4 different spots; two of which were nothing special. We started with a glass of wine and charcuterie at an outdoor cafe, which was nice. Then we went to a local pizza place, which was a long time standing in line. The suggestion was made that we take that pizza to go. We walked to a local restaurant owned by a 90 year old Nonna, who still runs it every day. This was the highlight of the tour. We finished with gelato at a place on the water, which was super touristy and we waited in a long line for the gelato. The gelato was average and not at all stored the way we've read that the best gelato should be stored. As we were walking there was no conversation about what we were seeing as we walked.

Chiara made this such an enjoyable tour and was very knowledgeable. It felt like hanging around with a friend as she made us feel so comfortable and kept the conversation flowing! We truly felt like we were one of the locals

Chiara is a brilliant guide. She is friendly and informative. We had a wonderful time touring Como with her and sampling some wonderful food and drinks. Chiara made us feel like old friends. I would recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see Como like a local!

This tour was absolutely amazing, me and mum had a great time and our host Chiara was super lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone going to Como. 10/10.

We had a wonderful time with Chiara- she is a lovely person with a nice sense of humor . It was just my husband and I with her so a very personal experience. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and food but we also talked about our families and lives so we felt as though we got to know her. We enjoyed the food she selected and she chose some dishes we knew nothing about, very local type dishes. One of the places she usually brings groups to was closed so she quickly pivoted and got us to another spot. She also gave us some recommendations for a dinner place later in the week which was fabulous. The tour was really a high light of our trip- we highly recommend Chiara!

We enjoyed our afternoon with Chiara. This was a perfect way to walk around Como, get insights from a local and experience some local foods and quaint shops we would have missed otherwise. Chiara is a friendly and informative host.

Had such a great time with Chiara today on our food tour through Como! She was so sweet and kind and took the time to get to know me & my husband during the tour. At the end, it felt like we were friends! We were SO full by the end of the tour, enjoying Italian foods we hadn’t yet tried on our vacation.

Very nice walking tour of Como. Our guide Chiara was terrific. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. We tasted a variety of foods, drank some wine and learned some history of the area.

We met our tour guide Chiara on time and found her waiting for us. It turned out to be a very personal tour because my wife and I were the only people she had for the day. Chiara was very patient with us when we interrupted her schedule by trying to shop during our tour. She educated us on the history of Como and gave us a taste of some of the authentic foods in Como. She was very pleasant and her English was very good which made it easy for us to communicate. We had a wonderful time and we will recommend this tour to everyone voting to Como. Keep up the good work.

An outstanding way to learn some history and see the main sights of Como. Chiara was BRILLIANT as a guide, with a perfectly pitched tour showing us some ‘secret’ places, and taking us out of our comfort zone with ordering some interesting local dishes, and local wine. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately our tour guide just didn't get it, didn't listen, didn't stop talking and didn't read the group. The food was ok, wasn't fantastic, our group was great and had fun but not one of the best food tours.

Had a great time on this tour. A last minute change meant our group was taken by Chiara #2 rather than Chiara #1. Luckily Chiara #2 was amazing, she mentioned it was her first time hosting a tour on her own and I think she did a great job. She was friendly, welcoming and well informed. Being a local herself she was passionate about Como and you could tell she loved the Italian culture which we wanted to be immersed in. She had Pizza, Meats, Wine, Gelato, Espresso and a Full Feast. Definitely worth the money and would recommend as a activity for the day. Chiara well done!

The guide was very nice. Food selection was not very good, except for gelato. If you’re not a coffee drinker, there was nothing to substitute. Rather a disappointing tour except for the company.

Our tour was canceled due to illness of a tour guide. That being said, they scrambled to find a replacement for a different time, the night before. If I had to do it over, I would have just canceled. We felt rushed in the first restaurant, they asked us to leave bc they had another table coming in. They split one bottle of wine between 7 people! The host was nice, but not super helpful in giving us different info on food and wine we were consuming. It was definitely less of an experience than we thought it would be, based on the description. It would be helpful to make more of a point when booking to tell people about the after dinner drink coupon instead of leaving 1 single person at the table without one or even offering the option to have them pay for it then.
