Booking via Viator meant I had an english speaking guide on the bus as well as dinner included. The trip to La Paz was easy and seamless. The bus was comfortable and warm. Returning was similar although the bus got very hot. Duvets were included although not extremely clean.

Very comfortable and spacious, we were given a nice dinner and breakfast as it was a night bus, and it was an easy hostel pickup.

Local pick up at my hotel was offered. Bus was clean and on schedule. Comfortable enough to get a little sleep . Noticed many sleeping soundly. Attendant did not leave the Uyuni Station until everyone met their guides.

Comfortable bus and all on time, however, the bus driver shouted at us in Spanish about charging our iPad with the USB ports. Woke up at 4am to someone above us screaming (could have been a nightmare) but it really did make the travel in the night uncomfortable.

The bus quality was great, clean and comfortable, I had a great sleep on it, the driver drove safe and steadily! It was a bit confusing and scary on the pick up part, as they didn’t pick me up from my hotel, asking me to be at the bus terminal at 20:55 (for a 21:00 bus departure) while no guide showed up until 21:07….. I thought I missed the bus and no one could offer any help where this company’s bus parked…. Horrible experience for the pick up, helpless

Good company from La Paz to Uyuni as the process to go from the hotel to the bus station was organized and safe. Remember that this is not a bus company. Once we got to Uyuni, we were greeted by another member of the Altitude Travel team and were given a small breakfast. However, on the way back (from Uyuni to La Paz), I felt like I had to coordinate everything. I was reaching out to the company to see if someone will help us with the bus back to La Paz. I ended up walking to the bus company myself (Cisne) and adding my name to the list. The Altitude Travel member showed up 15 minutes before the bus left, gave us dinner, and told us to eat our dinner quickly. I felt kind of uncomfortable. Once we got to La Paz, we were responsible for paying for a taxi to our hotel. In summary, I would recommend using Altitude Travel one way only, from La Paz to Uyuni. You can buy your own ticket in Uyuni the day you want to return to La Paz since there are so many bus companies.

Absolutely great experience with the Bus Runner Company. We took a ride from La Paz to Uyuni. Everything was perfect on time, bus was incredibly comfortable, we got delicious dinner and breakfast. It was almost like in the hotel :) we loved it!

We (two of us) are travelling through South America and are quite young (both 19 years old). We booked this bus through our hostel - the Selina - and the bus company have been so helpful at explaining whats happening what to expect. Very grateful!!

I booked an overnight bus from Uyuni - La Paz with this company after hearing/reading horror stories about bus travel in Bolivia. The service was excellent. Seats were comfortable, blankets kept me warm, we were served simple but satisfactory dinner and breakfast. But what really stood out was the service of the staff - I had to catch a flight from El Alto airport, so the company arranged for me to be dropped off near the airport (instead of going all the way to the La Paz bus station), where they had a taxi waiting to drive me the few minutes to the airport entrance. Best bus experience I've ever had and the extra cost is well worth the piece of mind. Thank you, I hope you add more routes so I can be sure to use your service again on future travels to Bolivia!

I have had an easy trip from La Paz to Uyuni. The seats were comfortable and you could use them as a bed. Also the staff was really nice and we even got a nice lunch + breakfast. Thanks.

The service was very good. They picked me up at my hotel, took me to the bus station, there we got into a bus to Uyuni, it was not a private bus, but an agent was with us all the time during the bus trip from La Paz to Uyuni and from Uyuni to La Paz. I felt safe traveling with them.
