We booked a trip to Aushwitz birkenau camp . The taxi was on time the drivers name was Pawel lovely man spoke good English and very knowledgeable would reckonmend.

The whole reason for us coming to Poland was to visit Auschwitz, it was on my mums bucket list. Our trip to Poland started terribly to top it off this company cancels our excursion the day before because they can't locate a tour guide. With Auschwitz booked up for our last day it was pointless even coming.

Trip was brilliantly organised, Our driver Pawel was very friendly and helpful. When we originally booked we opted for the early tour but we didn’t actually get picked up until 12:30pm. This was confirmed the night before so was not an issue to us.

Booked the Auschwitz/ Birkenau tour with Thousand Miles through our hotel reception, reasonably priced especially with pick-up and drop from hotel, not a meeting point. Our driver ( Marek) confirmed our pick-up time for the following day by WhatsApp and again the day of the trip to ensure we had ID for passing through the museum security. Marek ( and a trainee colleague..Piotr....also very knowledgeable) arrived before time which was fine as we were already waiting. This enabled us to have an impromptu mini tour of the outskirts of both camps because of no pressing time constraints. In summary a very comfortable transfer with informative and knowledgeable professionals. Highly recommend Thousand Miles tours / transfers.

Had a great experience with Thousand Miles Tours from start to finish. After booking I had an issue paying online with my card (due to an issue with my bank), but Thousand Miles Tours helped me out with circumventing this issue so that I could still pay for and attend the tour. Had great communication the night before about hostel-pickup time for the following morning, as well as what to bring for the day (ID, small bag etc). Also had great communication the morning of pickup, including a text before pickup as well as an outline of what the day was to entail. Thank you Margaret! The company sometimes collaborates with other tour companies due to the tightly restricted number of visitor groups allowed by the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum each day. Hence, we were dropped at a bigger bus to be transported to Oświęcim and the tour with a larger group. This allows for more people to visit and pay respects to the victims and their histories. Our official Auschwitz guide for the tour (Adelita) was incredibly friendly, qualified, and knowledgeable. She delivered the harrowing historical account of the various aspects of the camp's origins, existence, operation, victim experiences, liberation, and beyond with poignancy and warranted underscoring of the truths the of evil that occurred. Overall, a smooth, well-run and cohesive experience from Thousand Miles Tours, their company collaborators and Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum. Thank you! Ps. Due to the limited time to complete the tours of both Auschwitz and Birkenau camps imposed by the Museum, there is limited break time to sit down and eat. Hence I'd recommended to bring small snacks to eat during the transit breaks between tours to keep hunger at bay.

Adam was a very enthusiastic and helpful driver with a lot of knowledge. He picked us up on time at the agreed point and was easily accessible via the app throughout the day. Along the way we received a lot of extra information and a short stop was made at a special place related to Auschwitz. We experienced the trip as very pleasant and educational and also very enjoyable.

Excellent hassle free trip. Our driver John text the night before with a pick up time from the hotel and was there on time. It was a really snowy day and John had some difficult driving conditions but did really well getting us there and back. The tour itself was really informative, it gets busy so you have to ensure you keep up with your guide. Would definitely recommend

Everything was very organized and great communication by our driver Szczepan! He confirmed the pickup time night before and provided overview and timeline for the day. He was very sociable and provided great insight of Krakow and other great sites to see and some interesting history. This tour was very insightful and great guides to learn about the horrific and cruel events that occurred during the holocaust. We would reccomend!
