Great airport pickup by Jan. On time and good communication through WhatsApp re location and timings. Smooth and safe journey to our accommodation.

No show. Phone calls unanswered. Messages unanswered. No communication beforehand either. Don't book! Waiting on refund as well.

We were picked up by Max from our hotel for our airport transfer on Sunday 21st April. He was very friendly and polite and kept us informed when he is due to pick us up. Our driver Max spoke good English and we had a pleasant drive to the airport. We used the same firm for our pickup from airport on Thursday 18th April and our driver was Andriy - he didn't speak English that much but very polite. I would definitely recommend GR8way for airport transfer. Lovely cars and polite drivers.

We travelled from Krakow Sirport to Krakow Jewish district where we were staying. Jan was on time. Collected us as soon as we came out the airport He was friendly and informative of places to go and visit. A very nice young man. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Booked through booking.com Good communication with driver Lukas. You do have to communicate with WhatsApp on arrival as pick up time is limited but no real problems. Have to meet outside rather than someone holding a name board

Karol send as a many nice eating places, and explain a price difference between restaurants. Recommend him, nice and accurate driver.
