This is not a tour or something alike. It is a transfer service according to your timing. No indications, no "avoid the line for tickets..." Just two or three transfers. Our driver himself was very nice.

The pick up is on time and driver is very professional. Provided history and what to look out for while on the way to the site.

Not worth the money. The original driver did not turn up, but handed over to another driver who did not speak much English. He was a lovely man but not a guide. The listing is very clear that this is just a taxi service and there is no guiding, but what isn’t mentioned is that Knossos Palace is about 15 minutes out of Heraklion by taxi, not out in the countryside as I supposed. So I could’ve just got my own taxi there and back to the museum and walked to the fortress for a lot less money.

We had bad communication with the hosts about where we could park our rental car before and day of the tour. That was figured out but this isn't a private tour, but just a chauffeur to drive you to each attraction. we thought we were going to get a private tour and not someone driving us around since we already had a car. if we didn't have a car each stop had taxi to take us to the next location. this is way over priced, and you should just get a taxi between stops.

Trip advisor sold us an excursion to places that were all closed due to the Orthodox Easter holiday. Our guide/driver Ilias ( spelling may be wrong), went out of his way to craft an alternative itinerary that really gave us a feel for the heart and soul of the culture, the city, and the way of life. He is very knowledgeable, engaging and kind and managed to make our day extra special. We could not have had a better day.

The Knossos Palace was amazing and was very enlightening. The museum also was exceptional. Our guide Alexis was very helpful and informative and accommodating
