First trip to KL. Immigration got backed up and I kept Ardie, my driver waiting for over an hour. He was very pleasant and talking with him made 40 drive in go very fast. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service. My driver was waiting for me as I arrived and had his taxi pulled up right in front of the terminal. I was especially appreciative because I arrived after 30 hours of travel after having broken my ankle just a few weeks prior, and I was delivered to my driver in a wheelchair!! Bravo ! 5 stars

It was handy having someone wait for you at the airport a we flew in at nearly midnight to KL international. Drive to the city was easy and comfortable.

Our taxi ride was waiting and great communication about how and where to find them. Issue was when booking through Viator I thought I was booking a round trip ride. They even prompted me to enter both my arrival and departure details. I was charged $47. Upon arrival I was told it was one way. Long story short, $47 was way too much to pay for a one way trip. For comparison, we paid $20 for a Grab back to the airport during AM rush hour including tolls and tip. Dealing with Viator was frustrating as I was unsure who to contact. I received messages from about 10 different people all being very rude about this being my fault. I was not able to see my actual original booking info. Unfortunately, I will not be using Viator again. I used them to book rides from airports for our entire South east Asia trip. I wanted ease with booking info. This was not the case and am very disappointed I could not have one single person to communicate my issues. Instead I received threatening WhatsApp messages from the taxi co. and multiple customer service people saying the same thing over and over.

The driver was not waiting for me. When I reached him by phone with the help of some locals he said that he would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later send me an SMS if I can wait for 45 minutes (it was 1 AM). I responded that I cannot wait and I took a taxi. When I called him next day to try to use the vaucher for the return trip to the airport, he responded that he had already sent a driver last night and that he cannot refund me the money. Very disappointed.

Would not book with Viator again. When I did the booking it lead me to believe return was included, however when it came to it was told it’s not. Although the initial advisor had confirmed it was paid for.

The driver was professional and punctual. The organizer made sure to communicate and that I had the rides I needed. I felt my transportation needs were well taken care of during my time in Kuala Lumpur.

Comfortable journey…perfect pickup and great driver…had no issues whatsoever and was dropped off at our hotel perfectly.

Highly recommended…driver contacted us one day beforehand to confirm the intinerary and set everything up…provided constant WhatsApp support throughout our KLIA2 walk and finally led us to the arrivals where he was waiting for us with a smile and loads of info about KL and Malaysia. The drive was comfortable and informative would definite vouch for it.

Return airport transfers with 1 stop. On 23/8/2022, we engaged Pantai Riders' airport transfer (midnight) to transfer our guest from KLIA airport to Taiping. They did a very good job in bringing our guest to the destination safely despite delayed/ long journey due to an accident on the highway. To add they did not charge extra for the delayed journey (took around 8 hours instead of 4hours). And the driver is very kind and made sure the ride is safe. Tq Mr Azahaari for arranging this. We will engage your company in case in the future. Their pricing is comparatively reasonable too. Best transport company we came across ever!

On 23th iam used Pantai Timur MPV taxi from Hilton hotel kuala lumpur to KLIA for airport trasfer. Very good servis and excelant. Next time will used this servis again and recomended

Our driver was Asha'ari and he was a very helpful, punctual, friendly, dependable, safe and knowledgable driver! He quoted us a very affordable price to travel from KLIA to Club Med - Cherating. He even allowed us to drop by Batu caves along the way. We were picked up from the airport on time and made it back to the airport on time. He also shared knowledge about the history of Malaysia as we passed by various landmarks in Malaysia. We truly enjoyed his service and would definitely recommend and use his service again!
