Fran provided a rich experience for my husband and I start to finish. We fell in love with the culture. Fran has a broad and deep knowledge base on all things Kinsale and Cork. Her love of Irish food is beautifully evident. We felt like we spent the day with an old friend. Each food tasting was meaningful, beautifully presented and thoroughly explained. We will be back. Our tour guide, Kerry, was fantastic! She gave us so many insights about Kinsale, the history of the town; and the food. She is very knowledgeable and was so much fun! It was such a lovely tour and one of our most fondest days of our trip!

Siobhan our guide was so knowledgeable about food and history of Kinsale. Myself and my husband booked a private tour during our stay in Kinsale. I am a big foodie and wanted to get a flavour of all the wonderful food establishments in Kinsale. I would highly recommended this tour as it gave us a great overview of the stunning food available in Kinsale. Can we give this 10 Stars! We took this tour on our first day in Kinsale and so glad we did. Our tour guide and now close, personal, forever friend, Kerry, took us all over this enchanting village. In addition to the culinary experience, she told us about this historic village which goes WAY BACK and walked us all around, through the tiny, winding streets. We sampled Irish coffee, locally sourced cheeses, breads, chocolates and more. Start hungry... because you will be stuffed at the end. I recommend taking this tour, with Kerry if possible, on day one to learn the lay of the land and to open your awareness to the architecture that surrounds. Highly recommend Kerry and this tour specifically.

We were trying to sneak a food tour in to our road trip around ireland and stumbled upon this lovely little town. Frances shared so much information with us about the town and the culinary scene. They were also very accommodating with any dietary preferences. Very much enjoyed this tour!

Amanda was able to not only allow us to taste some of the local specialities but also elaborate on the local history. As someone from Cork City, showing my Portugese girlfriend the cork food scene, it did not disappoint. Surprisingly however, I also found myself quite enamoured by the food but also by the chance to get a more detailed account of the history

This adventure was well worth our time and money! Our guide, Kerry, was absolutely delightful and shared lots of interesting history along the way. We enjoyed the walk around town to each stop, and the food and drinks were just right. Kerry offered some options about the walking to best suit our needs. Highly recommend!

Kerry was our guide. My sister and I loved her. She gave us a great background/history of the island! We toured different restaurants for delicious tastings which were very generous samplings. The harbor front was gorgeous. Kerry was very knowledgeable of the ships from the early 1800's and beyond! I highly recommend this lovely walking food tour and history with Kerry!

We loved our tour! I believe our guide's name was Amanda and she was so kind, personable, and knowledgeable about the history and food of Kinsale and Ireland. We ate more than enough good food to fill our bellies and got to explore the town of Kinsale by foot.

Our travel agent recommended this tour and it was great. Kerry was knowledgeable, funny and so friendly! We stopped in many places for food samples with a ton of Mondale history. Don’t eat a lot before this.. you will have gourmet appetizers and seafood chowder to name a few. Thanks Kerry!

Ate some great food and learned a lot about the history of Kinsale and Ireland from Frances. A beautiful place to visit. Highly recommend starting your visit with the tour. She provided a lot of recommendations for us.

Amanda was fantastic! She provided a wonderful history of Kinsale highlighting prominent areas as she guided us through this delightful city. We stopped throughout our tour for culinary delights such as a traditional Irish coffee, light pastry and cheese, sour dough bread, a shellfish feast and delicious chocolates. Highly recommend!!

Frances was knowledgeable about town/food and pleasant for the tour. Thought the price was high for the tour and amount of food. We took a similar tour in Dublin which included a lot more food and it was 20% less.

An excellent, well planned tour through Kinsale with history and some amazing food and drink. Kerry was very knowledgeable and an engaging guide, and we fully utilised the three hours. Highly recommended!

Frances was pleasant and well-informed about Kinsale and other towns in Ireland. We enjoyed the food provided and the pointers on things to do and places to eat for the days we are in Kinsale and Cork.

We really enjoyed our tour with Fran. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the food tastings were delicious. She was also great with our kids, as long as your kids are willing to try different foods then I would recommend for families too.
