Damien from McCarthy Farms was our guide and he was amazing! He was so Informative, funny and took great care of us along with Molly. She provided a smooth and comfortable ride! The park is beautiful!

What a great experience! Our tour guide and his horse Molly were amazing! The tour guide really went out of his way to make it a memorable experience for everyone! Especially My 11 year old daughter, who said it was the best part of her vacation! Highly recommended way to see part of Killarney National Park!

Our guide was so nice and genuinely fun to hang out with during the ride. Maggie was a very sweet horse as well. My friend and I had a blast enjoying the scenery in a unique way. The recommendations for food and drinks (Stonechat) were helpful too especially with it being our first time in the area. Would definitely do this again!

We had a great time touring the park this way! Our driver was knowledgeable and helpful and full of Irish wit! He even took tons of photos for us. The park is just beautiful, and this was such a nice way to enjoy it! I highly recommend it!

Killarney was wet and rainy on a recent Sunday. I was feeling some regret that I had prebooked an outdoor activity. Not to worry! Damien’s carriage had a roof, clear shades that could come down, and lots of cozy blankets. In the park, the gentle rain brought out a certain mystical mood, truly enhancing the experience. It was a lovely excursion led by a gracious member of a prominent local family. Highly recommend for any time of year or weather forecast.

We had Martin who was an excellent historian and went out of his way to make our tour a wonderful experience. He took pictures of us and made sure we were well taken care of. It was a very windy and cold day and he still made it fun. Highly recommended!!

Jason was outstanding! He made us laugh, educated us and made the ladies feel special. We even exchanged a few good stories and jokes as he made us feel welcomed to our Irish home. Thank you to the McCarthys for a day that made our long travels worth it.

My family had such a great time on our ride. Damien took us out with Molly. He was fun and funny, also very informative on what we were seeing and the history. We saw hundreds of deer, two kinds. He offered to take pictures for us and take us to great spots for photos. Gave us time to talk around the castle and check it out. We were scheduled for a Sunday trip but something came up and Damien was nice to work in the trip on the day before. Would recommend this tour for anyone that wants to kick back and see the scenery, learn a little and hang with a fun guy and his cute horse.

Myself and my daughter were lucky to see the park on a beautiful sunny morning where we got to see deer roaming free and the most gorgeous views of Ross Castle across Lake Leane. Our driver Damien was lovely and told us lots of interesting history and facts about the area including about the fairys in the trees. His horse Maggie was also super cute. It was such a special experience and we hope to visit again soon.

The ride was so beautiful and our guide/driver was great and very knowledgeable, we learned tons. We rode through the National Park to Ross Castle where we stopped for pictures and to tour. They had wool blankets and an umbrella for use which was super helpful since we went on a rainy day. My husband and I had an absolutely great time and will go again if we’re ever back in Killarney

Our tour guide was amazing! He was so friendly and gave us a wealth of information. He wasn’t just any ordinary tour guide. He went above and beyond. He even put the bug in our ear to travel to Spain while we were so close. Thank you again!!

Had a great time. Saw lots of deer and got to stop several times including at a castle for pictures. Guide dogs as tun and friendly.

Our tour guide Daemon was really knowledgeable about the park and the town of Killarney. He took his time through the park and did a wonderful job making our family feel so very welcomed. If this is a tour your family wants to take advantage of I would highly recommend this tour.
