We used this service twice in Tanzania. Booked long before the trip. Flight got moved back to nearly midnight. Communicated this and they were still waiting outside the airport after our arrival. It was a dark ride through Tanzania, as there are little to no street lights. It was a bit odd that we had to stop for gas but we didn't make it to our destination safely! The second trip was to the airport. It seems the original time they gave was a bit too close to departure time so they showed up early and communicated that they were there. Went well! Would use and recommend again.

Our pick up from Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha was just perfect. Matt was already waiting for us in front of the airport, kindly helped carrying our luggage and provided us with Wifi during our one hour drive to Arusha to let our family and friends back home know that we arrived safely.

Highly recommend airport transfer with Rupia adventure. They wait me at the airport in 3 AM. When come back they wait me at KIA bus station at exactly time for transfer to Kilimanjaro airport. Thanks

We arrived late in the evening at KIA and Rupia Airport Transfer driver was there to pick us up and drove us to the hotel in a nice comfortable car.

We used this service to go to and from the airport. Our driver arrived promptly and was both friendly and professional. He waited for us at arrivals with a sign. Then when we needed to go back to the airport from Arusha he picked us up promptly at 3am and got us there in plenty of time for our flight. Highly recommended! It’s the same price as a taxi but much more convenient to have it pre-booked.

The transfer was seamless. Upon arrival, we were actually late, but the driver waited for us patiently. The transfer back to the airport was also smooth (pick-up time was 5:00, and there were no issues).

We booked Rupia for an Airport transfer from Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha via Viator.com. It was easy and efficient. We walked out of the airport and amongst the throng of drivers found Matt, our driver, holding a sign with my name. He walked us a short distance to a Safari vehicle and drove us the hour to our hotel in Arusha. Matt was professional , friendly, and got us to Arusha safely. No complaints and would recommend.

It was great that Matt picked us at the airport to bring us to Mvuli Hotel directly. Everything very smooth and easy. During the drive we stopped at the Cultural Heritage Center in Arusha, a (quite touristic) place where you can experience and buy a lot of local craft and art.

It was great to have someone waiting for us at the airport and bring us from kilimanjaro airport to Arusha. Everything went smooth and it was well organized. There even was a car seat for our two year old son. On the way back we had to leave in the middle of the night for an early flight and they were well on time with picking us up. Can recommend using their service!
