Our driver picked us on time. We arrived at our resort safely. Will definitely use their services again.

My driver was about 20 minutes early for the pickup time, which ultimately worked out well as the weather had turned and the lines at JRO were lengthy. The drive was safe and pleasant.

I used them 3 times during my trip to Tanzania, once from JRO to Usa River, once from JRO to Moshi, and once from Arusha to JRO. Each time the driver was on time, professional, and vehicles were in good condition. I was able to communicate via WhatsApp for extra assurance.

Great service from Kili Taxi! It took a LONG time to be processed through customs after arrival and the driver patiently waited for us long after the estimated pickup time expired. Apparently the immigration process is known for these delays. In any case, he was courteous and promptly drove us to our destination. For the pickup and transfer back to the airport, the individual texted me via WhatsApp to confirm the pickup time (a pleasant surprise!) and was at our hotel on time and ready to go. Great job overall!!

Once I contacted the company. They said I would have to pay another 20 dollars as the airport is further. I booked Arusha airport to Kilimanjaro airport. I couldn't cancel so I had to agree. He said he would see me tomorrow. On pick up he wasn't there, another person picked us up, clearly the pick was out sourced, hence why asking for 20 dollars more. I'm not sure if the car was road worthy, wish we had taken a picture of it. Had no Aircon even though he said it did. The wheels would screech when turning, like it was rubbing on bodywork. The car was honestly about to fall apart at any moment The driver stopped just before our drop off and just got out on the main road, went to toilet in clear view of my partner. Really pls do not be fooled by the good reviews and pics of the car as this was far from our experience. And no way worth 70 dollars which we paid. Shocking service. Would like TripAdvisor to contact me please asap

Fadhili, who is the owner and number one driver/guide of Kili Taxi is very reliable, friendly and communicative. The van was comfortable and very clean. He arrived in time which enabled me to have a safe and relaxed ride to the airport and avoid the last-minute hassle in the airport. Above all, the price is very appropriate and the cheapest I found in the whole town. I highly recommend Kili Taxi for Airport transfer and other tour services.

This was very easy to book online a couple of days before my trip. I received a confirmation via email, text and WhatsApp and the driver was there when my plane landed with my name on a sign. Great experience and I will be booking for my ride home.

We used this taxi service from the airport to the hotel and then back again at the end of our trip. Very easy to communicate with, came early to pick us up. Very reasonably priced as well. On our first ride I left a bag in the back of the van, and he had it delivered to our hotel by the next morning. Highly recommend them!

I was pressured by the driver to pay by cash. The transfer was already pre-paid and driver still wanted cash at hotel. The driver ended up getting double for the transfer. I paid by credit card again once I got to the destination.
