We used Nickie’s Transfer services 3 times during our recent stay in Khao Lak and she was truly a life saver! Super easy to communicate with her, she organised our pick up and drop off to and from the airport, and she also organised a driver and guide for us to visit Khao Sok National Park with a ride on a bamboo craft to begin with! Extremely reasonable prices (particularly compared to hotel taxis) with efficient, friendly and professional drivers. A fantastic experience - we would definitely recommend her company!!

Extremely efficient service, no waiting on arrival, our driver was there in a couple of minutes, Very good condition vehicle with air con. It is a long drive from Phuket Airport to Khao lak but the driver made very good time and drove very well. The price was very competitive. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our return due to a personal accident, Nickie readily accepted our cancellation and even offered their condolences. We would definitely book this transport company again, to be recommended

We booked 4 transfers with Nickie and we would highly recommend. The service was 100% professional from the initial emails, responding quickly and confirming all of our details with a voucher. On the days of pick ups, the drivers were early, polite and the vans were high quality and clean. Nickie was excellent! Great communicator and quick response times to emails and WhatsApp - we used her for three different transfers, two to and from the airport and one from Khao Lak to Kata beach. I had a great experience using Koa Lak Tranfer by Nickie! Excellent communication on WhatsApp, pick up was prompt and professional and Jeab, the driver, was very knowledgeable about the area and spoke great english. He took me to the great Buddha and shopping in Old Town Phuket, before driving me to my destination in Khao Lak, where I surfed and relaxed for five days. He then picked me up early for my flight in Phuket at 2:00am back to LAX . He stopped at the covid check point and even though my paper work was in order they didn't even check me. I think it was because it was a professional business car. I couldn't have asked for a better and more seamless transfer! Highly recommend and I'll definitely use them again.

It was 6 of us traveling from PHKT Airport - Khao Lak - Patong - Kata - PHKT Airport for 8 days. We book Nickie transfers through whatsapp. She sends the invoices through whatsapp and payments can made upon arrival. She was so concern that when arrived at the PHKT Airport it was so crowded and we stucked there for 2 hrs, she checked on us and informed us that the driver will wait for us. Drivers always arrives 15mins earlier than agreed time which is good. We are very happy with Nickie transfer service. Definitely will recomend and use their service again Her rates was reasonable compared to others online. Great service keep it up team !!

we has 2 transfers: one from RASADAR port to KAHO LAK and the second from KAHO LAK to PHUKET airport. everything was great. the driver was waiting for us, the taxi was comfortable and clean. 2 bottles of water were waiting for us in the taxi. the price was much lower than the hotel and local taxi

Evers Thing was okay. The driver was very nice. We travelled vom phuket to Khao Lak. Taxi driving in Phuket is a big scam so we booked our transfer at khao lak transfer!
