Very well organized and professional. The transportation was smooth and on time. The boat is very well maintained and well equipped. The staff went the extra mile to provide snacks and drinks. Super friendly!

We really enjoyed our tour with 5 star marine. Our guide named Sun was very kind. Khai Island is beautiful! It is only a 30 minute speedboat ride. The boat is beautiful, clean, you get some fresh fruits and drinks and the boat ride went smoothly. From pick up until drop off it was all perfect. We will be booking again!

We had an amazing experience with 5 Star Marine. All queries were answered very promptly and communication was superb. We requested to see the sunrise and they were willing to fulfil our request. We were fetched very punctually from the hotel. Our guide Kris explained the planned journey before we set off, and no time was wasted for us not to miss the sunrise. The sunrise was exceptionally beautiful especially when we were the only ones on the island that early morning. As we are not confident swimmers, Kris went above and beyond to guide us to show us the corals and beautiful fishes at one of the islands. We are also truly thankful for Kris and the team who made us feel comfortable and took good care of us from the start until the end of the tour. And not forgetting how clean, spacious and comfortable the speedboat is too. Truly worth the extra cost for this private trip. Thank you 5 Star Marine!

We had the best day with our lovely guide Ning! She is the sweetest, kindest girl and was so helpful with anything we needed. The Captains were equally as wonderful and even took our little boy out snorkelling. It was a very special day for our family and we couldn’t fault one thing! The boat was pristine, guide was gorgeous, captains wonderful and the khai islands were amazing. We also had lunch at the fisherman’s village which was the best food ever! We would absolutely book again and would recommend to everyone. Will be the highlight of your trip!

Our family of 6 loved our day out. The tour included stopping at 2 islands plus snorkelling off another. We had an amazing seafood lunch on a floating restaurant, and soft drinks and fruit on board the boat. Thank you to Nicky and his crew for a truly amazing day

Wow what a company! Saun and Sunwa are the most amazing communicators pre boat day out. I was back and forth changing things and not one time was I made to feel like a nuisance! On the day of pickup our boat arrived at the pier of the hotel we were staying at (Santhiya Koh Yao Yai) early so we could depart as soon as WE were ready. Chris and the crew were awesome and happily accommodated changes to the itinerary so we could lunch at a beach bar instead of the floating Island (highly recommend the beach bar great food and atmosphere!) We swam in deserted cave with no one else, got to the kayaking spot before the hordes and even to James Bond island before the big boats arrived. We just kept ahead of everyone all day! The snorkelling was a little blurry given the rainy season but we still had fun and saw some black tip reef sharks. We also stopped to chat the the jelly fisherman which was so cool to see them catching the giant jelly fish! At the end bed of the day we fed the remaining tropical fruits to the monkeys then had a bus ride into Patong to shop before them driving us back to the hotel. An amazing day just book with 5 Star Marine, the name says it all!!

5 star marine was an amazing experience, from the start everything was seamless, attention to detail, their guide was excellent. I didn't have a chance to do my research on things to do in Phuket before coming on vacation, but a friend that lives locally recommended going to Khai Island since it's not too crowded and is a short boat ride from the mainland. I was going to initially book the tour with the hotel but found 5 Star Marine from Tripadvisor. With the many highly rated reviews, I did a private booking tour to the islands. I'm so glad I did. I opted to not have them pick us up at the hotel since we had a rental car and it would be easier to get around ourselves. Getting to the marina and parking is super easy. The boat we were on is very clean and modern. They had all the equipment available for us to use. We visited the two Khai islands, Rang Yai island, and the floating raft restaurant. We also did snorkeling in several locations. I went with my older parents and they even helped my dad get into the ocean waters to have him float around on a large floatation device. Several times the crew also prepared delicious fruit snacks for us and they also had cold water and soda. Captain Kong gave us a terrific tour narration and answered all of our questions. Kong and his crew are really the best. The price paid was extremely good since you cannot get anything like the experience and service like this in the US. Will happily book them again for future tours when I come back to Phuket. Thank you 5 Star Marine for a terrific time!

Well equipped, clean boat, knowledgeable and friendly staff (thanks especially to K. Dream), overall a great day out and a manageable length of trip to introduce my son to snorkelling for the first time. Kids loved spotting all the fish! We plan to book another trip with them next time we are back!

Amazing trip with Ms Nook to Khai Islands where she was extremely helpful and supportive. The boat itself was clean and luxury with services including fruit, snacks, drinks and snorkeling gears.

Excellent! Our family loved the boat trip. Recommended for families with small children too. Our 2 year old son had a great time. It was raining on the area we were supposed to visit, so we were taking to a different area, beautiful and sunny. Loved the experience, the crew members were superb friendly and professional.

Had a great trip round the islands, lovely snorkelling, great lunch stop and would’ve carried on for more if we hadn’t had to get back for nap times! Charlie and crew were amazing with our kids (3yo and 6yo), Charlie took great care of my 6yo in the water who snorkelled for the first time. We can't thank the crew enough for an amazing day! Our family of 12 booked a private tour to Khai Islands ... and we had a blast! The 5 Star Marine team was great. They were hospitable and took care of us through the day. We were welcomed with drinks and refreshments. Sunny, our guide, gave us a short info of the background into the islands and surrounding areas before we headed to Khai Islands. The weather was a bit cloudy with passing showers, but we were lucky to get some sun when we reached the islands. We had a great time snorkelling and swimming in the clear white sandy beaches (PS ... do watch out for the corals in the water while swimming). The team waited patiently for us till we are done. After our activities, we requested to have lunch somewhere nice. The brought us to a floating restaurant ... Kruvit Raft. The food there was fantastic and tasty. Tom Yum, Fish in sweet sour sauce, Mango Salad and more ... so much more. We ate till we nearly burst. The team then brought us back safely. Thank you 5 Star Marine. That was our best day in Phuket.
