Choking one another with the breathing tubes. Spending an extra $70 for gas and $50 to viator. Better if booking directly through the company

The staff, captain, boat, and equipment was great. The experience was fun and unique. Everything was great except for the surprise "remaining balance" at the end. If you dig far enough into your contract you will find a surcharge for fuel of $35 per person. The company should be more upfront about these charges. It should be highlighted when you pay up front that there will be extra charges. I was not the only client surprised by the charges after I thought I'd paid in full online. We also felt pressured to leave a 20% tip, which we had planned to do already. The pressure felt very unprofessional. I'd go again for sure, and the price was worth it. It just would have felt better to know about the additional charges and expected gratuity up front.

My husband and son certified in Deep Water Scuba with Josh! He was so very thorough! They felt like it was the best scuba training they have experienced! The Snuba Key West guys were great as well! Very friendly and accommodating! I went as an observer and was impressed by everything they did to ensure everyone had a good experience! Highly recommend snuba Key West for all your scuba/snorkling/Snuba/sunset cruise needs!

Very knowledgeable staff. Nichole and staff were fun and made sure we were all safe with the equipment. The spot on the reef they picked out was beautiful. Lots of a variety of fish. This was my first SNUBA experience and we absolutely loved it! Will recommend to anyone that loves to swim and wants to dive down deeper than snorkeling.

It was a surprise trip for my husband for our first anniversary and the experience couldn't have been more better. It was magical. David and Captain Joel were so so gracious in helping us navigate through the water, equipment, all the while being patient when we were panicked. I couldn't have asked for a better diving experience than with them. It is definitely a must when you visit Key West.

Absolutely horrible! The crew brought the group to a shoring station for sail boats, forgot about my daughter and I. We snorkeled in a boat dock for 20 minutes. It was embarrassing

We had a great time. The crew (Madison and Joel) were very patient as one member of our group was unable to complete the dive. The rest of our group really enjoyed seeing the reef and lots of different kinds of animals.

Fantastic experience. Staff super friendly. Our guide and dive master made everyone feel safe and comfortable. The entire staff including the friendly captain were fantastic! I highly recommend this even for whole families. Great experience that you won’t forget. Highly recommend the pictures! Awesome

I don’t even know where to start. Brian and Madison were so awesome and they worked so hard for us. The first site was very choppy, we wanted to try it, but once we got under the water, we enjoyed our experience 100%. Then we went over to the second site and it was a lot calmer, and we enjoyed that one equally as much. There is nothing they could have done to make this experience better for us and our teenage girls. Because of them, we know what to get our scuba license so we can actually scuba dive. It was awesome and they were so patient and fun and informative. Money well invested.

Captain Steve & Mixologist Chris were AMAZING!! What a fantastic trip!! Captain Steve gave little tidbits of local facts about some of the cool houseboats, & Mixologist Chris kept the drinks flowing!! Very tasteful, relaxing evening. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks guys, I will see you again!

This was certainly a highlight of our trip! Madison, Bryan, and Bryce were fantastic! They made sure everyone was comfortable and understood everything. We saw lots of fish and were especially excited to watch a hammerhead pass below us. Our 9 year old is hooked and cannot stop talking about it.

We had the best time and can’t wait to come back! Madison, Bryan and Bryce took fantastic care of us. It was our first time using regulators or doing anything like this so we were definitely a bit nervous. They were great at walking us through how everything worked and super patient while we figured it out. Such a unique experience that allowed us to get a closer look at the coral reef and sea life that snorkeling alone doesn’t provide. We will definitely be be back out next trip!

SNUBA experience was excellent! I’ve snorkeled before but this was a new level of fun! Bryan the Captain gave an entertaining and informative brief as we traveled out to the reef - pointing out sea turtles along the way. Guides Dave, Monica and Koy provided detailed and easy to follow instructions and safety brief, as well as a diagram of fish and other aquatic life we might see, while helping divers gear up. Once in the water, it took me about 5 mins to acclimate to breathing solely through the regulator/mouthpiece and then it was off in search of beauty - and I saw plenty! My personal favorite was the barracuda. Nicole and Monica took great photos that I’ll share and talk about for months. I noticed the team put in a lot of work to get all the gear set and then reset when we returned. I’d recommend SNUBA to everyone but it’s especially great for those who want to dive on air and aren’t yet looking to be certified but want to go a little deeper than snorkeling would allow. It was fun to be a mermaid for a day! Great way to spend a morning in Key West!! Highly recommend!!!

Our dive master, Nicole and the rest of the crew were awesome and made the dive all that more enjoyable. Fantastic day, weather was on point and the water was 28 degrees C. Lots of fish and beautiful coral reef. Fantastic experience. Well worth the effort and money.

Such an awesome trip. We had Monica and David who are the best husband and wife guide you’ll ever get. Koy and Lily were wonderful. Our guide Lily was very calm and gave a really easy to understand briefing which removed all of our nerves. Once in the water we learned how to breathe with the air tube and within a few minutes we soon learned how to dive and see the amazing coral and fish. They really look after the reef and are very environmentally conscious. Captain Zapper was the best. I got the drive the boat and we also saw Dolphins on the way out to the reef. Great way to spend half a day in the keys.

Paid 555$ for 1 Adult & 3 Kids, after that we found out we owe an additional 138$ for unspecified fees and taxes. Get there a day after a storm with no refund policy go to first reef which was clear & perfect visibility but swells so crew couldn’t anchor. We had to go to back up dive position which was 10 ft deep and only turtle grass with green murky water. All 4 of us were hooked up to one tank so 30 min max for an advertised 3 h event. The Guide done it a million times so they rush you through the course, no time to explore. I was led to believe we all would get our own rank and much longer bottom tile with some chance to explore on your own pace. Then before you know it you are back on the boat and expected to leave a 20% tip.

The crew was fine. However, after you pay the $550 for the SNUBA you get informed that you owe another $138 at arrival for “fees and taxes”, then you’re expected to tip 20% at the end. So we get to the boat a day after a storm and you have no option to be refunded. We go out to the only reef seemingly available to them and the crew cannot set an anchor. Visibility there was great, at a depth of 20+ ft I could see perfectly the reef below us. So we go to their “backup site”, which is murky 10’ depth turtle grass. See attached pic and we are all as a family of four attached to one tank that gives us half an hour under. The guide has seen this all a million times so just rushes through the preset “course”. All in all it could be great, but the experience was definitely not worth $800!!! Also they try to sell you random pics of the way out with a few underwater that you cannot tell who is who. Would not recommend for anywhere near that price…
