My wife and I had a bad experience with this tour because although it has a very different title, the tour was exactly similar with a tour entilled "Highlight of Caucasus Mountains" because the former has made the same site visits as the latter tour which I took the day before.

Our guide and concierge 2in1 person was amazing - her name is Nino. She is the best guide I have ever met! ♥️👏🏻🫶😍👌 so devoted meaning full of energy, great stories and prowctiveness! I wanna recommend this trip with this agency with Nino for everyone! Thank you once again! The places were really incredible! Mariusz

This Tour company named, Ushba Tours company is unprofessional. I would like to tell my experience. I have booked ticket With them for Kazbegi, gudauri in April. There was several places to visit in the Trip. The main spot was Gudauri ski resort 30 mins stops there, and I looked the trip also. Let me tell the tour guide George was professional and well knowledge about the country sides and cultures. who was a Freelancer, he was the one taken us all, from different Tour companies. Ushba travel put me with him whose itinerary was different, can't blame him. So the gudauri and pasanguari, and meidan market wasn't in their intinerary. After the trip. I complained to them this, The response was very ridiculous. They used very bad language and irrespective way of talking. The Guy name was surabhi, i think, he was very rude and asking me, if you like this place, this much then why didn't you take another bus on the way and other intinerary places forget it..and leave midst of the trip. I asked that guide about the places is not being taken, you told me very clearly and politely, that is not the instruction he have it from his trip. So I want to add this to all other travelers, who will be taking a trip from Ushba travels,. Careful because they will not refund and moreover that the response from them is terrible that they will even threaten you. So if you are like me anybody. Just don't raise your concern, better than harming yourself. Let me add, Georgia is a very nice place, Majority of the tour guides are good. It's about which travelers you are booking the tour. I had some very amazing experience with this trip by some other tour companies.

It's my second visit in Georgia and Georgi is one of the best tour guides I have encountered. My friends were very amazed coz he speaks fluently in English and Russian language. He is very helpful and the trip was very informative. Our driver also drives smoothly I just forgot his name coz its a bit difficult to remember. If I will go back to Georgia again, I will surely recommend Ushba travel. We went to Jinvalley, Ana nuri, Qazbegi and Gudauri. We all enjoyed much with my friends.

They will not take you all these places. Gudauri ski resort and pasanguari they wont take u. The itinerary tells you, something else and the Tour Guide have different instructions. Tour guide George had good knowledge about Georgia.. He explained all detailed.. But he had different instructions

You can't go wrong with this one, especially if you're lucky to have George from Georgia as your guide. As the title says, you get legendary views across various points. We also had a very diverse group and we quickly got to know each other (in part, thanks to George). The trip really exceeded my expectations. Go for it!

Cool trip to the famous Georgien Mountains. Trinity church was cool as well, honey was delicious as the lunch! The guide and the driver were very nice!

This is a very good trip. We visited many interesting places. The tour guide is prepared, communicative and helpful. The bus is comfortable and safe.

The tour was great since we get to taste georgian wine and honey for free. Georgi, out tour guide did a great job in explaining the history and story of each places which makes It more interesting! Great job, Goergi! Keep it up.

We started our day with Ananuri tour and the place was literally very beautiful , later we headed towards Gudauri where we stayed for 2 days and we loved the beautiful mountains. We had a tour guide Zaza with us during all our trip time in Georgia, he is an amazing person and he is very professional too. We had a very lovely time with him. He helped us to explore the real Georgian beauty. We want to visit Georgia back to explore the remaining part of the country and we want to explore again with zaza

The places are very historical and well preserve the whole trip is very enjoyable also the wine tasting very amazing and our lunch i was able to try georgian cuisine like the khinkali and yeah it was a great memorable experience for me

Usba travel is the best. The tour guide Mr. George was amazing who took us to Gudauri for Ski experience ⛷️ on 06.02.2024 He was so friendly and well mannered experienced guide. Especially the vehicles they have arranged to travel was so comfortable and luxury ❤️
