I was very impressed with my kayak experience with Soca Splash. My guide Vojtech not only made me feel very safe but also made me feel strong and athletic (which I am not!) with his encouragement and positivity. Even when I fell out of my kayak five minutes after setting out, he assured me I did it perfectly! I'm quite nervous and I don't like cold water, but I felt in safe hands and would definitely choose kayaking with Soca Splash again.

The Kayak trip is a great opportunity to enjoy the panoramic surroundings of Soca River while having fun on the water. If you are looking for an activity packed with adrenaline, I would however rather recommend canoying or rafting. Carlos is a funny and energetic guide who gives great instructions and makes sure you have a good time on the river. Thank you! :) Laura and Charlotte

All the gear was provided & the river is very accommodative to beginners & intermediate Kayakers. Would recommend everyone to do. Its especially beneficial they take photos of you during the kayak and provide this free of charge at the end of the tour, the next day. The scenery and clarity of the water is breathtaking. We even saw a door drinking from the river. Looking forward to doing it again.

We did the sit on top kayak tour with Soca Splash on the Soca River and it was really a great experience. We had a really fun and experienced guide Carlos who explained everything very well from beginning to end in a spontaneous and playful way. He also explained along the way the different things we saw around us. The rapids were very cool to do and thanks to Carlos' directions we went through these effortlessly.

My friend and I did the 2.5 hour kayak trip with Carlos and Josh. It was an incredible experience. Carlos was so fun, patient, and a clear expert in this field. He taught us a lot of new skills, layer by layer so it wasn’t overwhelming. He also taught us about the area which was interesting. The river trip was stunning; so much incredible scenery that we could chill and take in. it was the perfect blend of fun, relaxation, challenge, and exhilaration - suited to our skill level. Highly recommend.

Great fun! We are a family of 4 adults aged from 23 to 57 who had never kayaked before. Soca Splash provided everything we needed. Our guide was very patient and helpful and we had lots of fun. We felt very safe, despite capsizing once. It was an amazing way to see such a beautiful river and they emailed us photos of our trip too. Highly recommended.

My husband and I booked this trip during our honeymoon and got super lucky — we were the only ones on the tour! It was an incredible experience. The Soča river and the surrounding Alps are so beautiful, it was breathtaking. We’ve kayaked many times before and found it to be an easy trip, but that may be because the water was very low due to the current draught in Slovenia. Even so, our guide was really great at giving tips so even beginners would have been fine. Totally worth the money!

My son and me had a great time on the Soca river during our 3-day Kayak course. The Soca-Splash-team and especially our guide Chubby was very professional and friendly. The river and the surrounding landscape is very beautiful.

On July 14, 2021 me and my son (11 years) did a 1,5 hour kayak trip (excl. transport) with a French couple and the Soca Splash kayak guide (Chopper!?). We had an awesome trip. The guide did a perfect job. It was 9 kilometres of kayaking down the river. The water and the views were spectacular. We went on a kayak trip at 16.00, it was us two + our guide (banana guy 😜). It was an incredible experience, not only the magnificent nature but the playful way the tour is guided. I never write reviews, but these guys 100% deserve a good review. Thanks for the amazing adventure!

We visited Slovenia this summer again and are looking forward to spending every year some beautiful days with the team of Soca Splash. They are professional to organise watersports and freetime activities in the Julian Alps and on the river soca. My friends, my family, my children are very satisfied and happy to having a great time every year with Peter and his Team Soca Splash. They are nice, helpful, patient and of course professional to lead water"expeditions" for young and for adult people also. Dear Peter! many, many Thanks again for All! We booked a 4-day Kayak-Course on the Soca. Our 2 awesome guides - Peter and Andrej - explained everything perfectly, they were patient and we had a lot of fun learning how to Kayak with them! We also got a lot of pictures and a Canyoning Tour with David which was also great fun!

We travel to Slovenia often but this was our first time kayaking on the Soča River and we had the best time! It was just the right amount of difficulty...we were definitely tired afterwards but the thrill was worth it. Absolutely amazing views and Peter was a great instructor. We will be back to try some of the other adventures that Soča Splash has to offer!

We took our first family kayak trip down the Soca river with fab guide Benny. We were well kitted-out with wet suits, helmets and life jackets, given a safety talk and shown some basic techniques. He then gauged our abilities and we were off!!! It was a brilliant trip with beautiful scenery and a very attentive and safe guide. The river was a lot of fun with a few surprises. As first timers in kayaks apart from our son it was brilliant....just enough excitement. Soca Splash were well organised and looked after us well from start to finish. We came away all wanting to do it again!! Thanks Soca Splash!!

Soca Splash was tremendous from start to finish. Booking was done nicely. Reception before trip was courteous and friendly. Beni, our guide, was one of the best guides I have ever experienced among numerous & various trips. Did I mention how friendly everyone was?! In my book, that is huge. Een erg leuke middag gehad op een open kajak. Goede instructie, schitterende omgeving en erg sympathieke instructeur (Peki) die rustig de tijd nam om iedereen om zijn gemak te laten voelen. We hebben eerder ook geraft bij een andere organisatie wat ook erg leuk was maar eerlijk gezegd was deze tocht leuker omdat je meer zelf bezig was en veel aan het varen was. Kortom een aanrader !

Die Kajaktour war klasse, sogar als Anfänger hat es richtig Spaß gemacht. Der Guide war super, das Equipment top und die Natur kann sich wirklich sehen lassen. Zum Schluss gab es sogar noch kostenlose Fotos per Email. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

In een groepje van 6 een kajak tocht door de Soça rivier gemaakt in een open kajak. De instructies van Tina waren duidelijk verstaanbaar in het Engels, daarnaast zorgde ze voor een fijne sfeer in de groep. Een aanrader wanneer je iets leuks wil doen in Slovenië, zeker ook voor beginners.
