As part of our honeymoon, my wife and I booked this morning kayak. Suffice to say our expectations were met and exceeded. Communication was great from the beginning with a very very early pickup from our hotel, followed by an amazing day of kayaking, wildlife, snorkeling, and bobbing around coral reefs. Heriberto, Ferguson and the whole team were professional at every step, and I would wholeheartedly recommend the Aventura Mundo folks for anyone visiting Huatulco.

Ferguson and his crew were fantastic guides, picking us up bright and early just after 5:00 AM, taking us out on the water for a couple of hours, and then a stop for fresh fruit, juice and optional snorkeling. They provide all of the gear, including snorkels. Highly recommend this excursion, especially if you're looking for something low key, intimate but still adventurous and unique.

I almost didn’t go when the trip got moved to the morning of a day when I had an afternoon flight, but I’m so glad I did go! The pick ups were well coordinated and we were on the water to see the sky start to change and the sun pop up. We spotted whales surfacing and one of the guide also pointed out a ray swimming with its “wings” out of the water! The beach stop and breakfast were super pleasant also. All of the guides were knowledgeable and helpful in getting all the kayakers going in the same general direction.

We had a great time this morning. With the choppy seas we didn't see dolphins or turtles but the snorkelling was lovely. Watching the blowhole below the lighthouse and the cruise ship coming in from a kayak is a memorable experience. Thank you Ferguson and Heriberto we felt very safe with you.

Ferguson and Heriberto picked us up bright and early and continued to look after us for the duration of the excursion. Safety first with good quality gear and instructions. Although it was a bit cloudy, the views from the ocean were amazing. A nice breakfast and snokeling if you desire. It is easy to see why this is a top recommendation for activities in Huatulco.

This was one of the highlights of our time in Huatulco and our entire trip in Oaxaca. The pick up was right on time, the guides knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and kind. The scenery was lovely and the conversation with the guides was informative. We loved doing a little snorkeling into a cave where we saw some sleeping (thankfully) bats but also beautiful fish and even a manta ray! Don’t hesitate to book this activity; you will not regret it.

We really enjoyed this kayak and snorkeling excursion. Ferguson and Heriberto were great. We just had to enjoy ourselves on the sea with good quality equipment. We also appreciated the excellent breakfast they made for us on the beach.

This excursion was one of the top highlights of our vacation week. Beautiful views, good boats, and just a great time. Well worth getting up before the crack of dawn to see. Our guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke both Spanish and English. The transport to and from our resort was quick and easy. Only thing is we wish we would’ve brought a snorkel and mask, as we assumed they were provided based on the description but that was not the case.

Getting up early to see the sunrise from a kayak is totally worth it! This company picked me up from my hotel, delivered us to the beach where we quickly launched kayaks and went out to open water in time to see the blood red sun come up. Then we paddled over to the lighthouse and a big rock in the water, observing birds and fish as we went. Kayaking was easy in the calm of the morning. Our guide spoke English and Spanish and we made our way to a beach where we had coffee and breakfast. Overall the trip was easy and beautiful. I had kayak experience but the other couple with us did not. ( Note I did not take pictures because I was unsure of whether I could avoid getting my phone wet. However they had waterproof boxes in each kayak which would have protected the phone)

We were well taken care of from start to finish. Ferguson and A (can’t recall his name) were professional and efficient in setting up and getting us out in the water. After watching the sunrise we paddled over to a small beach and the fruit and pastries were cut up and we were served. Snorkled in the small bay. At that time of day it was magic!!

My husband and I did the sunrise kayak tour with Ferguson and Heriberto. It was a lovely experience and we found the guides to be friendly and interested in making our experience memorable. We had excellent conditions and were able to fully participate despite being novice kayakers. This is a great and unique ocean experience in Huatulco!

We joined this sunrise kayak trip with Aventura Mundo our second day in Huatulco. Our guides were so wonderful & helpful from before we even arrived in Huatulco, confirming dates & times & offering pickup at our accommodations. The activity itself was breathtaking. We had the good fortune of both some clouds & some winds, making the kayaking quite adventurous, and the sunrise quite stunning. The morning is topped with warm coffee, fresh fruit, and pastries. Heriberto, Ferguson, and Luis were all wonderful. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend doing the sunrise kayak tour with Carmen! Carmen was so sweet, and eager to show us some of the best views around the Huatulco bays. Unfortunately it was cloudy that morning, but we still got to see some beautiful colors. We kayaked and explored for about 2.5 hours before we went to a private beach for a light breakfast and snorkeling. Carmen even helped us swim to a little cave — very cool! If you don’t have a waterproof camera they will also provide photos of your trip free of charge (which is always a plus!). Overall, a wonderful experience at a very affordable price. We would do it again with Aventura Mundo and Carmen!

We had a fabulous time starting off in the dark of the morning. With Heriberto and Ferguson, our guides, and another lovely couple. We paddled out, chatted, watched the sunrise and it was more magical than you’d imagine. It was super fun! We then paddled to a beach where we shared breakfast with each other and some tejons (coatimundis). The water was so clear for snorkeling too!! It seems like a simple idea, but all the elements together made it an unbelievably fantastic morning. You gotta check it out.

This exceeded expectations, the support we received made the whole experience relaxing, while the ocean, the sun,the full moon and the sighting of a Humpback Whale made the outing amazing! Thank you Heriberto and Ferguson for the great experience!

The tour was friendly and fun—and a must if you like to paddle! Owner Heribierto and guide Ferguson picked us up promptly at 5:20 am and expertly explained the tour. A short drive to Santa Cruz and then the kayaks were out and ready to launch. The paddle took us around a point, at twilight and we watched the sun rise on the water. Bonus: we saw a sea turtle and two humpback whales!!Heribierto took photos the whole time. We headed toward a small beach for a swim/quick snorkel, coffee, fruits, pastry and conversation. The paddle back to our launch point at Playa Entrega was easy and our drop off at the hotel swift. Pictures were shared with us via WhatsApp shortly after. Highly recommend!!

The highlight of my stay in Hualtuco. Stunning sunrise views and a great paddle past lighthouses, cliffs and reefs. Then a delicious breakfast of coffee, juice and fresh fruit on the beach followed by snorkeling in a coral reef and sea cave. Our guides Ferguson, Carmen and Hierberto were patient, well organized and fun. They even took photos and videos they later shared with the group. Highly recommend.

Meet time is very early but it is so worth it to watch the sunrise over the horizon. Ferguson and his crew were awesome!
