We had an incredible time kayaking with Cape Kayak! The team were very kind and offered to take us out even though we had missed the initial planned departure, for which we are so grateful! Being so close to multiple beautiful southern right whales, plus dolphins and seals, was truly an incredible, unforgettable experience! Even if we hadn’t had these unbelievable encounters with marine life we would still have loved the beautiful views and experiencing the city from the water! Gavin our guide was excellent and we had an amazing trip! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My teenage son and I decided to go kayaking when we were on our vacation in Cape Town. It was our first time in Cape Town. A friend of mine who is from Cape Town recommended this to get a different perspective from water to see Table Mountain and some wildlife which we did. We saw so many dolphins just swimming right next to us. It was a great arm workout too. So much fun! The guides were so warm and welcoming too! I would definitely do it again when we come back.

The whole experience was amazing. Being out on the water and the scenery from a different viewpoint was exceptional. We felt safe and in good hands. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

It is easy to understand why Cape Kayak Adventures is so well rated, they do their fantastic outings with a passion! And what better backdrop than the spectacular Table Mountain with the city sprawling at its feet. The morning outing was really worth the early wake up. The see was calm and the marine life abundant! Even though no sighting is guaranteed we were very lucky to see the local Heaviside dolphins popping up around us. Seals were fishing as well and a massive sunfish was basking in the sun. Just incredible! It is the perfect morning activity and a great way to explore the spectacular nature at Cape Town’s doorstep. Would definitely do this again as no outing is the same!

It was amazing experience! 2 hours in the Atlantic! We saw dolphins, penguins and big Sunny Fish. The water was very clear and the view of Cape Town and Table mountain was unforgettable!!! Just do it!!!

I booked this experience as a surprise for my parents. Even though we'd lived in Cape Town for 20 years, it's something we kept we had to do/had to remeber to do. They absolutely loved it! The guides were friendly, but clear on instructions and rules to keep us safe. We were very lucky to have perfect weather, not a drop of wind, clear water, and sunny skies. We saw dolphins and a seal, and the guides were knowledgeable about the sea life in the area. I would definitely recommend this experience with Kayak Adventure in Cape Town to others, and I will likely do it again in the future!

We had a brilliant time for all ages -but what made the experience was our brilliant guides Tao,Hassin and Josh -they were knowledgeable ,kind and helpful -the experience was much richer thanks to them !!!!!’

Thx to our excellent guides John, Deidre and Josh, who shepherded our family group of 5 adults and 5 children safely and expertly out from 3 Anchor Bay along the coastline passed the Green Point stadium. It was a big effort for some of the group but worth the challenge when we were surrounded by feeding and then playing dusky dolphins. And on the way back we encountered a sun fish. Brilliant. The coastal views were beautiful and we were exceptionally lucky with the sea and weather conditions. This trip was worth the effort and gave a great sense of achievement. Even with a couple of our boats needing a tow. Everyone is different but I think 8 years is as young as you want to go and make sure they are happy on the water.

I never went to the activity because the car broke down hence I did not make it on time. I ask for them to at least change the time or date but refused. We asked for refund but never got a response from them. Unforeseen circumstances always occurs, it’s business but be accommodating of unforeseen circumstances. We really were looking forward to this experience

Really enjoyed the kayaking session. Saw dolphins and a humpback whale in the distance. Great views on the city and mountains from a different perspective. I'm an experienced kayaker but there were also beginners in the group, it worked for all different levels. Our guide Theo was great, really recommend.

What an amazing experience! I felt a little nervous at first, but our guides were so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The views were amazing, we saw some sea life and being on the ocean like that was something I'll always remember.
