Our family had a great time on this kayak tour. James was our guide and he was fun and very knowledgeable. The water is stunning and we did see a couple turtles. Highly recommend!

Tupre was a most excellent and knowledgeable guide who really added to a wonderful experience for all in our group. He was able to teach some of the dumber members of my group (me) tips to kayaking in a gentle and humorous manner. The tour was both fun and educational. Well worth spending a morning or afternoon. Warning: you do have to walk your kayak (on a dolly) a few blocks to the beach which can be a little tiring.

The team at Kailua Beach Adventures took great care of us with this 2+ hour guided kayak tour to Popoia Island! Our excellent guide Issac made sure we were safe and informed prior to getting in the water. Once we deployed at the beach he led six of us (in three 2-person kayaks) on a 30-45 min journey out to the flat island. Though only a quarter of a mile away, we had strong April winds to battle! (One couple overturned twice but Issac and a safety guide who also kayaked out with us helped them back into their kayaks.) Once on the island, we received an eco-tour led by Issac, learned about the island formation, the nesting birds, took some fantastic pictures and enjoyed the view of the amazing kite surfers just beyond the island. Once back in our kayak, with the wind at our back, it was a short 15 minute return to beautiful Kailua Beach Park. I highly recommend this 2-hour tour with Kailua Beach Adventures for both experienced and beginner kayakers!

It was a beautiful day for kayaking trip. We came on a Tuesday 9 am. Brandon, Brandon our tour guide was. very informative and make the trip so much fun. Will come back again!!!

Brandon our guide was truly the best. He is very knowledgeable about the history and geography of the Hawaiian islands as well as the wildlife in the area. We saw a green turtle swimming next to our kayak and lots of birds nesting on Flat Island. We love guided tours, otherwise we miss the fun details !

Our guide Issac was enthusiastic and knowledgeable - the bay was beautiful and this was an amazing way to see it from a different perspective. Would highly recommended to anyone in the area!

My husband & I went on the 2 hour kayaking adventure yesterday. It was super windy, but our guide, Tomo, gave us everything we needed to know about how to “battle” the winds on the water, which was appreciated for novice kayakers like ourselves. It was a blast with the wind & water in our faces. We made it to Flat Island where Tomo taught us so much about the history, flora, & fauna of Hawaii. Then we kayaked back with ease & had 2 hours to enjoy bike rides, snorkeling & swimming in the most stunning Lanikai Beach. This was a highlight of our trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

My family and I were here for my daughter's (14) Make A Wish Trip. Kayaking was one of her top 2 requests for activities to do. My children (17, 15, 14, 11) and I went on this 2 hour guided kayaking tour. Let's just say I am not the most athletically inclined person, nor am I in great shape. Getting the kayaks to the inlet was a breeze, they were on trailers. Getting them from the bridge to the sand (through the water) no problem. Pulling them through the sand was tough. Really tough. Fortunately it was a short distance and my 17 year old son could come help once he got his. We all got launched and made it a short distance before the kayak my daughter (15) and I were in tipped. I was done. Our guide, Tupree, was amazing and so encouraging. He made it no big deal, continued to offer to help and make sure I made the trip. My goal was a tan. I enjoyed the beach while the kids went on and had a great time. The island they traveled to was pretty bare, not the right time for the migrating birds, but they enjoyed the views and the kayaking there and back. James, who helped launch and dock the kayaks was amazing as well. Such kind people everywhere we went. I would absolutely recommend this company again. My kids loved it and I enjoyed every moment on the beach! The lunch, included, was also delicious!

Our family with little kids did the 2 hour kayak excursion with Evelyn, she was fantastic. It was an easy paddle and great when you are distracted. Shared all her knowledge of the island with us. 100% would do it again.

Such a great group activity! Austin and Isaac were amazing guides with a wealth of information and expertise! My family had a wonderful time and would recommend for kayakers of all levels!

The entire staff on particular Austin & Isaac were very professional and kind. The van picked me at my place on time. The lunch and snacks provided were great. The shop store offers a wide diversity of nice souvenirs.
