Please exercise caution. Despite being informed of windy conditions preventing snorkeling, we were assured we could still enjoy a lagoon ride. Regrettably, the waves swiftly engulfed our boat, forcing us to abort the trip within 15 minutes due to fear and safety concerns. Unfortunately, no refund was provided, highlighting the tour's profit-driven priorities over customer safety. Notably, we had two young children with us. I strongly advise against this tour for safety reasons.

We were very welcomed and felt at home. Ride/view you get getting to the snorkeling spot was beautiful as well. Lots of fish 👍

Jose was amazing. We loved out tour and our picture and videos. He went an extra mile and put my son on his shoulder to go diving. He is just 3.

The boat ride to and from the snorkeling site was very nice. Jose the snorkeling captain was nice and helpful. Also the video/photo service great creating super nice memories. .

We took an excursion that was a speed boat ride through the mangroves & snorkelling near Punta Nizuc. The speed boat part of the trip was very relaxing & enjoyable. The snorkelling was what I was most excited about & it left a little to be desired. The water was not very clear & there was not a lot of fish or marine life to see at that particular time. We also saw a couple of the statues from the MUSA underwater area & it turned out to be a little underwhelming. Also there were a good number of people on our tour & you have to be very aware of your surroundings as people don't pay attention & run into you frequently. We were also a bit put off of our guide. At the end of the trip, it was indicated that tips were not expected but appreciated. We provided a tip & had it immediately pointed out how much more someone else had given. As my title suggests, some good & some bad...

It is hard for me to give a complete assessment of this tour because when we checked-in we where told we could not do the snorkeling portion due to government orders. Our option was to reschedule the tour or just do the jungle tour portion for the same price as the entire tour. Our flight home was the next day, so that was not an option and there was no discounting offered. I own short-term rentals and I'm giving discounts for things outside of my control all of the time, so that left a bad taste in my mouth. Then we were charged a $20 "Docking fee". I knew there was going to be a fee for "Environmental management toll ($20usd per person), payable at the time of check-in" that was described by Trip Adviser when I booked. That seems more like a government fee than a Docking Fee. Regardless, we had to pay it or we where not even going to be able to do the "Jungle Tour". If it is really a docking fee, Trip Adviser should update their listing and just include it in the price of the tour. The "Jungle Tour" is a very loose term. We drover our boat for around an hour and forty-five minutes, about 15 of which were through the mangroves. We did see some iguanas which the kids enjoyed. I had two 18 year old's and they enjoyed driving their own boat. It is tough to say how good our guides where as we really only interacted with them at the beginning to get safety instructions and when they docked us. If your going to book this tour, make sure you do it closer to the beginning of your trip so you have time to reschedule if you can't do the snorkeling.

This trip was so fun! We got to drive speedboats quite a far distance through the ocean and mangroves to the snorkeling spot. There were tons of different types of fish and the guide was super nice and helpful. I can't remember his name unfortunately, but we had a great time. Trip is really 2.5hrs, no longer no less. Would definitely go again! Was a really great time.

Good experience overall. Our boat gave out on us a few times but the quickly replaced it which was great. The snorkeling was great along with the reef and underwater museum. Pristine waters and beautiful fishes.

Don’t book with these ppl it’s a rip off especially in Mexico even in this review, they want you to say more than 100 words there’s nothing more to say besides, it’s horrible

My wife and I booked this during our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. Our guide Baldo was fantastic, very knowledgable about the area and history. He came snorkelling with us and showed the underwater museum then took us on a great tour of the mangroves and then all over the lagoon. Highly recommend

This was one of the best snorkeling tours we've ever been on. It was so much fun to drive our own boat, and our tour guide was awesome. The photos and drone video were an unexpected bonus. We're tempted to go again tomorrow!

Excellent tour! Our tour guide was Arturo and he was amazing. Took his time to guide us through the marine area and helped me swim during snorkeling. The staff is friendly between arrival till the end of the tour. There is facilities to change clothing and lockers available. We had fun snorkeling and saw all kinds of fishes...a must do!

The boat ride through the lake and the Mangroves is really fun. This was the only place I could find that advertised boats for 3 people, all other only had 2. For the snorkeling part, consider that it is ocean snorkeling so a certain degree of independence in the water is expected even with the use of a life vest and fins. There are currents in the snorkeling are, so make sure you let the guide know if you don’t feel too confident. There are lockers where you can store anything you will not be needing for the boat ride. If the day is sunny, consider taking a towel to cover your legs to avoid sunburn. Hats should have straps to fix them to your head, otherwise you will have to hold it with your hand for the whole boat ride. A long sleeve rash guard is recommended during the boat ride. Don’t worry about it being too hot, the breeze will cool you off. There is a shower where you can get it wet before getting on the boat. Make sure to use an ecological sunscreen to avoid damaging the ecosystem, or better yet, don’t use it at all, the combination of rash guard, hat and towel for the legs should be enough. Don’t forget your sunglasses, the glare from the water is pretty bad. Try to stay in the middle of the group, that way, in case of a break down, you will be easily spotted.

Our tour guide Jose was awesome and personable. Bradley-the gentleman taking pics and video was fun and creative. The entire crew was professional and welcoming. We had a great time.

The tour was okay and since we were the only one taking a Wednesday for the tour, due to the wind blowing and no really snorkeling for that day. I would gave it better ratings but they rub me the wrong way trying to sell me overpriced photos since we're the only customers for that day 120 bucks for a frame picture, a dumb Corona bottle and about 10 or 9 crappy photos on & near the dock. There are Two other outfits nearby I would read those reviews and give them a shot before these guys they look a little bit better.
