The tour was fine. But Viator is rubbish I'll never use them again. They were terrible and very unfair in every way

What a fantastic experience! The process to get checked in, learn the boat signals, and how to maneuver the boat was so easy. Carlos made the experience so much fun! My husband and I have taken this adventure a couple of times now, but Carlos is the only one who was able to find tons of fish and sea turtles for us to see and experience during our snorkeling. Thank you Carlos!!

For the price and what is included the experience was epic. Our guide Juan was hilarious and very knowledgeable. Very professional team and the cost of the photos and video of the experience make it a perfect budget friendly excursion for a first time visitor of Cancun.

This is one of the better excursions I've booked in a while. The speedboats are very fun and exciting. The snorkeling area was pretty cool, lengthy, and with plenty of fish. Roy & Ricardo were GREAT. I'd definitely recommend. The only criticism I'd give is that the marina fees should be included within the cost of booking this excursion.

This was a horrible experience for my husband and I we got the tour guide called himself Flash Ricardo who was extremely rude to begin with giving us a 2 minute instructions on how to drive a speed boat and to go fast. We fell behind.. not our fault tje boat was in full throttle when all the boats were nowhere we were left behind he was in a hurry and turned around to our boat very irritated saying you need to keep up! Don't stop! We were left behind once again when he came back around made a phone call pulled our engine out of the water took the keys put the anchor in and told us he is running behind someone will pick us up very rude! We sat alone in the hot blistering sun for 30 minutes out in the middle of a lagoon he drove off didn't say sorry or anything finally 2 men came to our rescue and separated me and my husband only to drive up to some ladies that were also stranded left by themselves. This was extremely unsafe and inappropriate they were name calling the other ladies do not go on this excursion the water is gross and Flash is so rude yells at you and takes off. We asked for a refund they didn't give us one of you can't keep up they will leave you behind this was just wrong. Very disappointing. We loved our stay in Cancun but this was awful. Go to the cenotes much better and treated with respect. Which Flash needs to learn.

The Experience was amazing, the tour with the boats and snorkeling. The guider Jimmy was excellent. I recommend a 100% the tour.

The tour guide was so funny and made us laugh, the speedboats were so cool to ride, and the snorkelling on the reef was amazing too. Saw a stingray, huge parrot fish and many more species of fish. Best tour we did in Cancun. A must!!!

This tour is exactly as advertised. The speed boat ride was fun, I don’t swim and was able to stay in the speed boat while my husband snorkeled. Henrique our tour guide was great he explained everything to us to make everyone feel safe. I recommend this tour.

This experience was a 10/10. Raul was an AMAZING tour guide who really cared for our group and tended to all of our needs, he even assisted someone who could not swim very well and made sure they still got to have a snorkeling experience regardless of their swimming abilities. We had the best time snorkeling, driving the boats, and we saw tons of marine life. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

Absolutely outstanding experience! Ricardo was an exceptional guide, making us feel completely safe and secure throughout the entire boat tour. The breathtaking scenery and being out on the water were incredibly enjoyable. Snorkeling was a blast, and despite being beginners, we felt expertly guided and at ease. Amazing experience but if you're looking for a calm and relaxing fun experience this is not it. You go super super fast (think full throttle) most of the time. The snorkeling experience was so much fun and totally worth it.

Wow!! Just wow!! We had the best time!! Jimmy and Roy were our guides, and they were so much fun, and went so above and beyond! The boat instruction was very good! My husband drove the boat I was the guide! I was nervous about getting in and off the boat, recent wrist injury, and my husband is a big man over 6’1”. Absolutely no issues! We drove through the mangrove tree area, I was a bit leery thinking we were snorkeling there, but soon realized we were headed to the sea! The seagulls were huge, and they actually live on one of the island! Their movements were slow and majestic in the sky! Jimmy guided us to a beautiful area, buoyed, and the water was aqua and transparent! The fish were plentiful and super friendly! We went to an area where the statues are on the seabed, growing coral and plant life! Just stunning! Roy actually allowed a single woman to perch inclined on his shoulders guiding her, and Jimmy pulled a man on a small life ring and rope. Both individuals with no snorkeling experience highly enjoyed the trip! The care and concern was very kind. The drone footage and photos were super! Great quality! We purchased both! Really great to share with family and friends who loved seeing our adventure! Well worth the small cost! The adventure clocked in right at 2 hours which was plenty! We both so enjoyed! Again- shout out to Jimmy and Roy, definitely above and beyond! We tipped very nicely, found out that most people at the resorts and excursions earn around $15-$20 a day. Tips are at the heart of their income- please be kind and generous! We have used Viator all over the world, one of the best companies hiring the best people! Btw: we are 64 and 66, not young chicks, and totally had a blast! Lori and Art M

This was so much fun, we got to drive speedboat and snorkel for over 30 minutes in the coral reef. We saw many fish and even an eagle stingray! Raul was the best tour guide ever and made the experience so much more fun. 10/10 would recommend.
