Wow...paying online beforehand was a breeze, as well as signing the waiver for 11:00 for 2 for axe throwing and 3 for trampoline/ninja warrior course...then we show up...line out the door...literally a hundred people lined up, 50 outside, in the rain...all have reservations...40 minute wait and finally checked in at 11:30. They had 2 people checking people in but when you signed up for axe throwing the one guy had to leave. Actually felt bad for the people...hoping he isn't owner. Owner, if it's raining make sure you have extra lines. All you're doing today is getting ticked off customers.

Pros: Great for a rainy day at the beach. Gives your little ones a chance to get out all of their excess energy. Dodgeball course inside of the facility. Friendly staff. Cons: Really small. If you have little ones, keep close to them for safety or go during toddler time. Not many activities and free jump areas are very small. Kids may get bored quickly due to a lack of different areas. Overpriced.

We were looking at an indoor activity for two toddlers AND the bonus was entertainment for the adults. This park hit the mark in a big way. Price was reasonable, people we dealt with both in person and over the phone were very nice, patient and answered all our questions. The on-line ability to do your waivers was great so that when we arrived, all we needed to do was get our socks and hit the mats. Facility was clean and very enjoyable.

We booked a birthday party and had a great experience! Reservations and party set up were super simple. Clean facility and very friendly service. Our kids and their friends had a blast and Jumpmasters exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend!

Took our daughter (4) early in the week as the rest of our group was doing an activity in which she wasn’t old enough. My husband jumped with her and they both had a great time. Took our entire group later in the week and everyone loved it. Jumped for a hour and then spent 30 minutes playing in the arcade. Highly recommend if you have a group of varying ages as all of us enjoyed it.

On a very wet and windy day we found the Jumpmasters Fun Park and fun it is. The grandchildren loved it so much we came back two days later for even more fun. The boys really enjoyed themselves and this old guy really had a good time. The fun park is exceptionally clean and well-managed. The second time the son and one grandson experienced the "Axe Throw", which they quite enjoyed, although there was no attendant who could provide much instruction. One small item. We wanted to purchase t-shirts for the grandchildren, but they didn't have sizes for the youngest. Too bad.

Jumpmasters is a step (or two) above the typical trampoline park. They take safety very seriously and have multiple employees on the floor, both monitoring & giving tips/running dodgeball games etc. Though it looks to be somewhat small from the outside, they've got 2 spots for parties, an axe-throwing section, concessions, & 4-5 video games in addition to the trampoline section. Our group went twice during our mini-vacation to OBX this November (they offer a return discount if you go again within the same week). Super friendly, very clean. FYI - you must purchase their socks ($3) in order to jump.

We had previously visited and it's a nice indoor activity at the obx. Basic jump park, with a small arcade and axe throwing area. We were dissapointed to learn upon checking in that the official Jumpmaster socks from THIS location are required to jump. We had one pair from obx Jumpmaster, and 2 from a VA Jumpmaster, disappointing that we were required to buy more socks, when the only difference in the socks was color. I understand the money grab, but I'd feel better if the socks were included as a souvenir and included with admission. The transparent money grab left a bad taste in our mouth, so much that we forgot to use our coupons. We did return to the desk and the coupon was honored and a few dollars returned. We have now added to our collection of jump socks so we should be fine if we decide to return to this jump park. I hope they dont change the acceptable color before then. For reference the owner of a new jump park in our hometown gave us a free pair of his jump socks when he saw us with Jumpmaster socks, adding he would rather have us wear his, and promptly gave us a pair at no charge.
