Andrea was GREAT. Very interesting and absolutely spectacular food and lots of it. The various flavours and types made it very interesting. Highly recommend as a must do whilst in Roma, Italia.

Enjoyed the Fried artichoke, potato pizza, the sit down meal of various pastas at Pancrazio, but the highlight was the Tiramisu. Our guide Maria was informative, knowledgeable, and very friendly - she made the evening a great experience.

A bit disappointing food choices. 3 types of pasta and two types of pizza is overkill. The guide Marco, was pleasant and tried hard to please his guests. Even those that were difficult to please and couldn’t eat the food due to food allergies. Nice wine selection, the beer was only 2 oz cup.

Disappointed that very little Jewish history was discussed if any. We were in the neighborhood and sad to learn nothing. Was just a food tour. He pointed out some things in the non Jewish areas which were interesting but nothing specially about the history of the Jewish ghetto. Guide was difficult to understand heavy accent and spoke softly. We all had trouble hearing him and more difficult as were in a bustling area and needed a guide who could project his voice. He was nice and we felt safe but just an average food tour.

Excellent tour and on the advice from others on this site, we booked this tour on the day of our arrival which gave us insight into foods to try. Andrea and Matteo again excellent guides, engaging the group throughout the tour. Both guides are very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions from the group. Good variety of foods to try and quiet full at the end of the evening. Met three lovely American couples also which was a bonus.

Great food, interesting fellow tour members and a knowledgeable guide. A fun and tasty evening! We visited new areas of Rome I'd never seen before and tried foods I hadn't heard of (potato pizza anyone?). Would go on this tour in a heartbeat the next time I'm in Rome.

We were met by Maria our guide and Matteo who was training as a guide. Both were excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. We visited 7 places to try out different local foods. We particularly enjoyed the fried artichokes, the Romano pizzas, pastas, tiramisu and gelato. The whole evening was very entertaining and seemed well worth the money. Highly recommended.

We were scheduled for a Jewish Ghetto food tour. It got canceled a few days earlier due to illness of the guide. We were offered another tour that was scheduled the next night. We expected it to be the Jewish Ghetto tour but it turned out to be some other tour, “Flavors of something”. The guide was nice and trying hard but it was very unspectacular and the food was mediocre at best. We ate a total of 10 dinners in Naples and Rome on this trip and this was the least interesting of them all.

Engaging guide who took us all over the Jewish quarter. A lot of food at a variety of eating locations. Lots of walking and seeing areas we would not normally see.

Our tour guide Maria was kind and easy to talk to. She got us generous portions of fantastic food and wine, including fried artichokes and eggplant parmesan. We dined in some really cool locations throughout the Jewish ghetto. She was also patient and accommodating of dietary restrictions and children in the group. The pacing was great and we tried a lot of different dishes.

The tour through the ghetto and learning a bit of the history was fantastic! Georgia was very accommodating for our group…the food, the wine! Amazing, thank you😊

We really enjoyed our tour. Maria was a very good guide and host. Plenty of food and tastings. They start in the Jewish area, they walk around the small area. When asked about the Ghetto the answer was it was unfortunate? They need to say it was an inhumane and lasted for centuries. Go into a bit of the history and detail. To spend about 20-25 minutes in so called Jewish ghetto with a bit of information was just okay. I think they need to add more detail. Aside from that, the tour was great. We loved all the foods locations. The food choices and restaurants were the best we have had on any food tour. Maria was great and made sure everyone had food and explained all locations and the food. This tour is about 4 hours, come hungry. I have no hesitation in recommending this tour, I’m a foodie and was surprised by this tour. Go on this tour and enjoy Rome and the food.

Great food experience, with plenty of information on the history of Rome as well. Definitely an enjoyable experience.

Our guide was very informative and personable. Small group makes it easy to get around. The food was more than enough! Three and a half hours of food!

We had a wonderful time. Learned a lot and mixed that with a variety of tastings of food, wine and beer. Our tour guide explained the history in detail and didn't rush us through the experience.
